Title: I have used better cheaper straighteners than this unfortunately.
Review: I was very excited to try these straighteners. I have been using straighteners for years, and have tried numerous types so, for the price bracket and claims, I expected these to be midrange to higher end. Unfortunately on setting them to the lower setting…my usual 250 max degrees, they did absolutely nothing but make my hair frizz and go wonky. I turned the setting up to max and the ends were fried!! Also, even though I just passed it through once, and did not hold them to my hair too long, they still burnt the ends of my fringe and made it look worse than before I straightened it :O I put them away and used my normal GHD ones…which work perfectly. Sorry but no, not good value for money and not for me and my hair at all.

Review: I have super thick hair and have had the same expensive straightener for years. I ordered this as a back up due to the price point. It was worth every penny. I now use this over my expensive straightener. I love how there is an on off button and then a temperature dial. The temperature stays put and is not easily changed by bumping a button. The plates are super smooth and the grip is easy on the hand. You do not need to squeeze incredibly hard to get the hair straight. It does not caught static or frizz. Easy to store and the color is cute too. The cord is durable and long enough to use in locations other than a bathroom.

Review: I think for the price this flat iron is really good! I previously had one of those overly expensive flat irons that I got pressured into by a lady at a mall kiosk and I did really like that flat iron, but it was not worth the price (around $150). This flat iron is of the same quality of better than my previous and at a fraction of the cost. I use this to both straighten and curl my hair and I think it works really well for both. I like that it has a pretty low heat setting available because my hair is a bit damaged and I really don’t need to damage it more lol! I haven’t had this for long so I can’t say yet if it’s going to last, but so far I think it works very well, seems high quality and well made, and I haven;t had any issues yet!
