Review: We wanted an alternative to broth-based hot pot options (eg. Shabu-Shabu, Sukiyaki, etc.) so we bought this. It’s a great size for up to 4 people and does a nice job of searing meats, veggies, mushrooms, tofu and noodles. We really like how we can cook pork belly cubes and then open the drain in the middle to remove the juices before we put on our next items. This pan is light weight but still performs akin to a cast iron or carbon steel pan in terms of grilling and searing. We’re very happy with this purchase.
