Review: This appears to be a knock-off of the more expensive Brod & Taylor sharpener. I have no idea how good the B&T sharpener is, but this one is barely adequate. It’s great for honing and polishing knives that are already sharp, but even after 30 minutes of trying with a mildly worn knife, it made very little difference.I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Review: Grabbed the knife quite badly in the beginning, making pulling it through the two prongs difficult. This could have been due to the state of the knife initially, but it got smoother the more I used it.It’s fine for basic food prep and definitely makes a difference, though I think I need actual whetstones to repair my knife’s edge.
