Title: Soothing eye cleanser
Review: I use this to bathe my eyes regardless of whether I am wearing eye makeup as it is so soothing and refreshing. When I do wear makeup it is a very effective remover. My eyes are very sensitive and this cleanser is excellent as well as being oil free.
