Review: The mat makes handling dough so easy! I used to make Indian flatbreads whose dough is super sticky and normally really hard to work with. The silicone surface of the mat simply doesn’t stick to the dough making the whole process so much easier. The measurement conversions and size measurements around the mat come really handy when following recipes from the internet.My unit had some particular QC issues where near the centre of the mat, some internal thread was sticking out. Please do check your unit for any such defects as it ruins the looks of a great looking pastry mat.
