Review: We’ve had one of these before and the elements stopped working on the outside. We purchased a new one, this one was actually delivered with the same issue. It was returned. When our old one did work properly we thought it waa absolutely excellent.

Review: Terrible. The concept is good but the design is bad. Three months our toaster lasted before the automatic part of it just kept going up and down without actually toasting. Get the manual toaster, it will last forever unlike this model.
