They feel weighty and substantial and I particularly liked the perimeter trench to collect excess liquids for easy cleanup. Review: The non slip is poor & the surface of the board is too smooth which makes it slippery particularly when damp, knives can easily slip which can be dangerous. Wouldn’t recommend

I have some KitchenAid products already, so I was keen to see if these boards would be good quality, too. Here’s what I thought.Design and FunctionalityThe KitchenAid Classic 2-Piece Polypropylene Non-Slip Chopping Board Set is a great choice for smaller kitchens because it comes with two boards of different sizes. The smaller board is 20 x 25cm and the larger board is 35 x 28cm. I like that the boards are made of polypropylene because it makes them lightweight and durable. The non-slip surface is also great because it prevents the boards from slipping around when you’re using them.Ease of UseThe boards are very easy to use. The boards have a non-slip surface, so they stay in place while you’re using them. They’re also lightweight, so they’re easy to move around when you’re cooking. The two different sizes are also great because you can use them for different purposes. Title: A Good Chop Chop.
Review: Arrives neatly in a shrink wrap style packaging.If its for a give, be careful as the plastic can break easily.The actual chopping boards are great quality.Heavy, don’t slide around and definitely look premium to me.No knife marks are on these boards after a couple of weeks of heavy use.Recommended.

Review: A really decent chopping board with deep trench/moat which came into its own when doing a large 3.5kg ribeye roast, it caught all the juices which saved me from a big cleanup operation which I turn helped get all the meals ready whilst the meat was still hot!Highly recommend!

Title: Not cheap but you get what you pay for
Review: What can I say, Kitchen aid, a well you get what you pay for. Whilst these are much more expensive than others on amazon or the ones from Ikea, I do feel that these are well worth it. The plastic itself doesn’t mark on the first strike like on the cheapo Ikea ones. It has a built in drip tray which takes quite a capacity and when I’m cutting our joints of meat not had any spillages.Its a very good product but I do with there was identifying marks on one of the side so I could make sure that raw meats are done on one side whilst cooked and veg on the other.

Title: Non slip, but score a little easily…this could be a good thing, however.
Review: The silicone edging to these is really good, it does stop the potential of the board slipping on your countertop. You also have two sizes, depending on how much stuff you’re chopping up, the smaller one being very handy, but both work well.The plastic is good in that it’s not going to harbour bacteria, so long as it’s cleaned properly, I do find it cuts & scores a little easily, but the flip side of this being that it won’t contribute to blunting your knives as quickly as a hardwood board might. Slight trade off in that respect.Worthwhile boards.
