Review: I like making brown rice but my Zojirushi rice cooker’s inner lid becomes so dirty and hard to clean every time after making brown rice.That’s the main reason I bought this, and it works great!Depends on type of the brown rice, follow instructions on the brown rice bag.Mine was 1 cup of brown rice and 2 cups of water, cook on high until steam comes out then lower the heat to low, cook 45 minutes then remove from heat, steam for 15 minutes before opening the lid.No need for soaking rice in water before cooking.I love this pot because it’s much more easier to clean the lid compare to rice cooker.And of course it makes great white rice too.

Review: 一人暮らし用に購入。単身者用マンションのキッチンは小さく、炊飯器を置くスペースがないため、土鍋を探していたところこちらに出会いました。まず、なんといっても惹かれたのはこのデザイン。特にブラックはスタイリッシュで高級感があるのに、ころんとしてどこかかわいらしさも感じます。また、土鍋で炊くご飯といえば、火加減や時間が難しい印象がありましたが、こちらは説明書通りに使うだけで初心者の私でもとてもおいしくご飯を炊くことができます。普段は玄米や具材を加えるなど、自分なりにアレンジして炊くことも多いのですが、白米同様問題なく炊くことが可能です。固まったでんぷんの汚れは水を張ってしばらく放置し、ふやかした状態で洗うと基本的には落ちる印象です。ただ、一般的な炊飯器と比較すると、頑固な汚れや焦げ、長時間放置した汚れは取れないことも多いように思います。個人的にはそういった部分も、使い続けることによって出てくる味としてとらえているので、楽しんで長く愛用していきたいです。
