Title: Just what I wanted!
Review: I’ve been through a number of USB drives over the years. Ones with caps (to lose), retractable ones (the mechanism breaks), plastic ones (the keyring hook breaks) etc.. I like to wear them on a lanyard round my neck at all times, as they contain my backups and utility programs.This one is hewn from real metal! And the keyring hole is not going to break, as it’s part of the metal casing. And it has no need for a cap or to retract because it’s full girth is the size of a standard USB plug. So, nothing can go wrong with the physical properties of the drive!Having 512gb of storage is great for my purposes. I did do some speed tests and I would say it performed below claimed speeds but in real-world use it’s plenty fast for me. (I use it to store the last 6 weeks of backup 7-zip files from my computer every Friday. Transferring around 6.5gb of data / 10 7-zip files takes a minute or two, which works for me.)The drive is very small. Attached to my lanyard I see that as an advantage. But in other uses I suppose it could be quite easy to lose. But for me, the size and storage capacity for the cost make it a real winner and the best udb drive I’ve ever owned!

Review: Lovely small USB with fairly quick transfer speeds. Quite easy to fit on a keyring as well for good portability. Chuck on Ventoy and you’ve got enough storage for the most common OSs for PC troubleshooting.

Title: Ultra convenient, hardy USB
Review: I love these USB sticks, they’re incredibly small – I keep on a keyring, so compactness was important. Also very hardy, fully metal casing and the bow hole (where the keyring goes) is metal too, so very confident I won’t lose it. Storage speeds are pretty good too, for such a small device : BlackMagic Disk Speed Test showed 72MB/sec sustained write, 115MB/sec burst write, and 225MB/sec sustained read when connected to a Mac Mini’s USB-A ports.

Review: I’ve had one of these on my keys for a couple years now and I can’t recommend it enough. It’s very durable and very compact, I’ve never had it malfunction in the years I’ve been using it. It may not be the fastest drive but compactness and ruggedness is why you buy this flashdrive. I work in industrial automation and I always am making backups and transferring programs from one system to another. This keychain flashdrive has saved my bacon more times then one. I also keep several of my favorite movies on this flashdrive which you can then plug into the back of any smart tv and watch anywhere. My only recommendation to Kingston is to beef up the metal body end of the USB A-plug as it has deformed inward on me slightly a few times, nothing that couldn’t be straightened out easily with a flathead but I’d like to see it’s end look straight all the time and not have to worry about it before I plug it in. I hope Kingston will release a durable all metal keychain version of their dual end usb-A and usb-c flash drive soon as some laptops only support USB-C nowadays. But for now this works great for 95% of my needs. Can’t recommend enough!

Review: Good USB storage. It’s really small, which could be good or bad. I leave it under my laptop docking station so shouldn’t lose it, but be sure to know where it is. It has a key ring loop so on a key ring might be good.As a storage USB it works great.

Review: Add was broken stated it was 256GB and I got a 128GB, I knew this before ordering it, but hey if it was 256 it would of been a deal. In any case its a tuff design made from aluminum, can go on your keychain. and is still large enough to grab with my fingers. Would buy it again
