Title: Excellent product. Great value!
Review: Drill just arrived and first impressions are very positive. Cordless drill/driver, two batteries, charging dock (original pictures suggested it wasn’t included but it was in my case) all arrived in good time and well packaged. The drill looks great value for money. Torque control, reverse feature and variable speed throughout the two ranges. Time will tell regarding its performance and lifespan. I will update this review in due course.I have just built a 10 x 8 shed (Hardly a nail used. All pilot holes and screws!) and a set of IKEA bunk beds. Drill/Driver performed excellently and only one and half batteries worth used over the two jobs. Charging time is pretty good. I reckon the first battery was charged in 3 hours.(I didn’t keep count as I was busy!) Torque settings are pretty good although I ended up sticking to No.14 which was fine for both jobs I was doing. Driver speed more than satisfactory. UPDATE- One battery has failed but the remaining one still going strong. Many jobs in now and I am still impressed by the value for money. Charging time very quick. Power satisfactory. If I need tough hammer work I use my big Black and Decker. This driver is not designed for that sort of job. This drill is well worth considering for your light to medium duty jobs. Update 2023… Still going strong very happy!!

Title: Good value reliable cordless drill for light duty / occasional DIY
Review: Update: Dec 2021. I’ve been quite happy with this drill for the past 2 1/2 yrs, but the batteries are no longer able to hold much charge. Still superior in durability to past purchases in the same price range, but have downgraded to 4 stars owing to limited battery life | | After purchasing several cordless drills over the years, some with the old style Ni Cad batteries and all of which had disappointingly short lifespans (less than 2 years of light duty occasional use), this non-famous brand with an extra battery has so far met expectations and – knock on wood – is still going strong. I believe I have the single variable speed model which suits my needs. The current price seems lower than I originally paid, so based on my experience would rate it as exceptionally good value. Note that when the battery is out of power, there is little advance warning. There is no gradual loss of power; instead the drop off is sudden. But with a second battery at the ready, this is no problem. Charging time is reasonably quick – just a few hours.

Title: Fantastic tool
Review: I bought this to build my campervan. I’m converting an ex ambulance into a ‘live-in’ van. I’ve use this drill for all the woodwork, building all the furniture inside and cleaning up all the small rust patches outside using wire brush attachments. I’ve never used a drill/screwdriver before so was a little unsure at first, but it is a wonderful piece of kit, very easy to use & light too. I was astonished how long the batteries lasted too. Very handy that it has 2 batteries so one can be on charge while I’m using the other.I really can’t recommend this enough, it has served me well.

Title: Perfect Light Duty Drill/Driver
Review: Feels more expensive than it cost. Really nice build quality, smooth chuck, nicely weighted trigger and comes with two batteries. I bought it to replace my (used to death) Makita so I’d like to think my standards are high. This time I particularly wanted a small, budget, lightweight, cordless drill to get into tight spaces and this fits the brief well. It’s worth knowing it is not a powerful or fast drill but it’s ideal for accurate woodwork. It does not have a hammer action for masonry but handles a 10mm wood bit with ease. Battery life seems more than adequate but as there’s two you can easily use one whilst charging the other, if needs be. Works well as a driver, with a good clutch to stop you going through your work piece. You could even buy this just as a driver and you wouldn’t be disappointed. However, if you want a decent (light duty) drill for DIY, craft or hobby use, this is a great choice. I’m using mine to convert a campervan at the moment.

Title: What you’d expect for the money
Review: The drill seems fine for low level bits and Bob’s but compared to a similar looking known brand the difference in quality is clearly apparent. It took a bit of force to seat the batteries within the drill, so clearly tolerances and quality control aren’t top of the factories priorities

Title: Perfect purchase for the model maker or hobbyist
Review: Bought this rechargeable “mini” drill for use on my model railway. Ideal as not reliant on mains cable causing potential damage when using the drill in an inaccessible place and never going to be needed for excessive or difficult use. Two batteries available so still got back up if required. Purchase not burdened by having a set of drills included as already have adequate supply of my own, so price kept down to an excellent level. All in all it appears to be “great value for money”

Title: Save your money batteries DIE after around 18 months
Review: I would give it minus stars if I had the option. The drill itself is okay. I’ve had this drill for about 18 months and only used it 4 times to build IKEA furniture. One battery is dead the other one only lasts for around 5 mins then dies.I have a 10 year old branded cordless drill which I use regularly, the batteries on that are still going strong, I bought this to save time, not having to change drill bits.Absolute waste of money, I should have spent a bit more and bought a branded product. I took a chance, because it was a British retailer. AIM tools are the only company that sell this brand. I wrote to them to bring this to their attention, never received a reply.IMO, stay away from this product unless you’re going to dispose of it after a few uses. If you want something to last then add a bit more buy a branded product.
