Title: Poor, Product Damaged Upon Arrival, J&J refused Replacement
Review: I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of the Nest Bamboo Chopping Board Set. Despite its premium price of £85, the product arrived damaged, which is unacceptable for a brand that claims high quality.To make matters worse, the company does not offer replacement boards for this set, even though the product is under warranty. Their solution was to offer store credit, which does not compensate for the inconvenience or the high cost of the item.I expected better customer service and product reliability for the price. Unfortunately, this experience has left me hesitant to purchase from Joseph Joseph again.
