Review: Decent size and works well but like with most plastic type chopping boards, using any form of sharp knife on it and it does score the board.For what I paid, I was expecting it to be more durable from this brand but it does the job.

Title: Innovative Product
Review: Bought this as a result of purchasing a new carving knife which cannot be used on a stainless vine dish. It is easy to use, light but sturdy and washes easily. It has so many uses other than just for carving meat and is proving an invaluable addition to our kitchen. It is larger than might be envisaged and only if you regularly eat whole turkey, goose or very large roasts would you need the large sized dish!

Review: This double sided board has an angled cutting surface with a lip at the lower end so meat juices (and breadcrumbs etc on the other side) are well contained. It’s large enough for everything I’ve cut on it so far.The downside I’d that, being plastic, the is board marks very easily by the cutting knife.

Review: I found this on line after trying to clean up a wood cutting board after Thanksgiving last year. This is reversible with spikes to hold meat on one side and smooth on the other. There is a lip to catch juices. The only thing is that I wish it had a rim on the spiked side for turkey juice. While juice did not over flow, it just seems like more of a rim would be nice. It was easy clean up with this cutting board. It has an ingenious design.
