Title: Value for Money
Review: It is light weight and slim. Comes with a built-in stand and support single cable connection for power and signal via USB C. Accessories include a carrying case, HDMI and USB cables which are really useful. Value for money and it does the job. I am using this as a laptop display extender.

Title: Very good
Review: I got this for the kitchen so that we can watch TV at dinnertime and when preparing food and it is absolutely brilliant. Picture and sound quality is superb. I plugged in a Fire Stick and it works perfectly with it. The only reason for not giving it the full 5 stars is that it doesn’t come with a remote, which I guess if you’re using it as a computer monitor rather than a TV then it wouldn’t have one, but otherwise I’d definitely give this 5 stars.

Title: Portability, reliability and performance all rolled into one neat package – perfect!
Review: This is a really good quality portable monitor that does exactly what it says and offers you superb value for money (at least in my humble opinion). It features a 15.6 inch 1080P display with a 1920×1080 resolution and a 1000:1 contract ratio. I particularly like the fact that I don’t need to mess about installing any additional drivers as this unit is a simple plug and play device. All that’s required is a USB type C or HDMI cable and your good to go. Please note that the device does not contain any form of internal battery so will only power up when connected via one of the above cable options. It is incredibly lightweight and therefore super portable and even comes supplied with a soft faux leather storage case for added protection when travelling between locations, or for storage when not in use. I personally will probably invest in a hard shell case to further protect this monitor but the leather pouch does a decent enough job of keeping my new monitor free from accidental damage and scratching. I have travelled to a few places with this stored in my backpack and never once had any problems.The monitor also features a retractable kick stand which pulls out and snaps back into place to allow you to stand the monitor up when in use and I have to say that the viewing angle is perfect for my needs. I will add that the stand does seem a little fragile so time will tell how well it holds up, but for now at least, all is good. As a second extension screen for my laptop this device is simply brilliant and does exactly what I need it to. I have taken and used it off site for a few different meetings now and a few of my colleagues have even commented on how much they were impressed with it given its relatively low cost. All in all I cannot find anything to fault or dislike about this product at all and I would be more than happy to recommend it to anyone. A good quality and well designed monitor that offers great performance, reliability and flexibility. Simply brilliant!

Title: No Joy!
Review: I have repeatedly tried to get this JOLALIA 15.6†1080P HDR IPS Second Computer Monitor Screen Display working with my laptop PC, & failed on every occasion.My laptop is now very old in computer terms & has no USB C ports; however, it is a very powerful HP laptop PC with 16MB of fast RAM, multiple large capacity internal & external HDDs (including an internal primary 1GB solid state drive), multiple USB A 2.0 & 3.0 ports & an HDMI port, but it still runs on the Windows 10 Pro O/S (W10) as it does not satisfy the requirements for running W11).The instructions supplied with the JOLALIA external monitor are fairly minimal, on a single A5 sheet of paper. They indicate that the various connection options I could utilise between my laptop & the JOLALIA Ry Portable Monitor for Laptop are as depicted in their Figures 8, 9 or 10 (as in my photos). As their Key Operations instructions state (another of my photos), the JOLALIA monitor display lights up immediately & automatically when the Figure 8 ‘Type-C one cable connect Laptop’ connection is made (from a USB A 3.0 laptop port, either using the JOALIA-supplied USB A to USB C cable, or my own USB A to USB C cable), without need for me to press the ‘Power button’ on the JOLALIA monitor. However, though my laptop is turned on & displaying a picture, the JOLALIA monitor displays a dialogue stating “SIN SENAL†(photo), which I am fairly certain means no signal! Going through settings on my laptop & trying to connect the external monitor returns a dialogue telling me that no external monitor is detected by W10.Adding the other cable connections in Figures 9 & 10 fails to enable me to get an external display on the JOLALIA monitor from my laptop – no signal every time. Unfortunately, if no signal is received for a short period, the JOLALIA monitor automatically switches off to conserve power. Pressing the power switch to switch it back on meets with variable levels of success or failure: On occasions, holding the power button in for 2 minutes or more has no effect; release the power button & press it again might result in the display lighting up after 10 seconds, or might not; If it display successfully turns on, it needs only a 5 second press of the power button to switch it off; if one is quick enough after switch on when all 3 connections are made as per Figure 10, one is then able to select either HDMI or USB-C for display transmission from the laptop, however the screen then remains blank, with no picture from the laptop displayed through whichever option is selected.None of the instances listed on the reverse of the JOLALIA instruction sheet FAQs & ‘Specific phenomena, possible solutions to problems you may encounter†are applicable to the indicated lack of signal being received by the JOLALIA monitor when connected to my laptop in accordance with their guidance.For me, this JOLALIA Ry Portable Monitor for Laptop, 15.6†Ultra-Slim FHD 1080P Screen, HDR IPS Second Computer Monitor Screen Display has been a hopeless failure! I note that most other reviewers have had greater success than me with this JOLALIA monitor, though a few others have found that they were unable to get the JOLALIA monitor working with some particular devices … maybe I have a rare faulty one, or maybe I am being a klutz in some way, either failing to make the appropriate hardware connections or failing to take some necessary software action.I have no further time to waste on trying to resolve whatever problem is preventing this JOLALIA display from working, I have other urgent jobs waiting which can wait no longer!
