Title: Useful Half-Baguette/Bun trays, easy to clean
Review: These trays seem well made from reasonably stiff silicone. There are no poorly finished edges. The sizes are well illustrated in the product pictures. They are stackable for easy storage but there was no storage bag provided – a basic drawstring one would have been nice.They hold their shape well during proving and baking but flop about a bit when moving whilst loaded up – not a single handed operation for the longer pair.I used them to bake some basic ‘half-baguettes’. They turned out quite well.As they flop around a bit when loaded, I put them on a solid tray for easy placing and removal from the oven. That blocked the breather holes in the two perforated ones – a wire tray would have avoided that. Either way, all four baguettes turned out OK when cooked with 215°C Oven in Steam Mode. I took the finished baguettes straight out of the silicone trays so that they didn’t sweat.I have one of the more usual non-stick triple curved and perforated metal baguette trays. These silicone ones were much easier to clean than the metal type but they obviously don’t breathe so well during cooking.Pros 👍:✔️ Very easy to clean✔️ Stackable for easy storage✔️ Good for up to 230°C/450°F✔️ Reasonable priceCons👎:❌ A bit floppy when loaded❌ Breathing not great❌ No storage bagIn summary, a useful set at a reasonable price.

Title: Handy bread moulds
Review: I have to do my own baking due to food allergies so these silicone bread/baguette moulds are handy when I want to make some smaller rolls as I only have larger loaf tins.The price at £13.99 seemed quite reasonable for this, especially as they are non stick so I don’t need to use any baking paper with them.They are quite low sided but are fine for rolls and not for loaves as such.It took me a while to find out why two had holes on the bottom and two didn’t buy the description on the listing (at the time of writing my review) was for ‘treats’ and ‘candies’ or ‘wax melts’. So I think they copy and pasted the wrong description in which isn’t helpful. Luckily, anothet reviewer explained that the solid based ones are for more liquids and the holes ones are for doughs.With silicone, the rolls don’t get quite as crispy as they do in my metal bread tin, but they are good for softer rolls.
