Title: Not recommended. This is the worst headset Jabra has made to date
Review: I’ve been using the Jabra Evolve 65 since 2018, and I had no issues with it, it works perfectly when connected through direct Bluetooth, the Link-380 dongle, or the USB cable. No issues in connecting to any platform (phones, laptops, tablets, gaming consoles). The only thing was the comfort, as it has small ear pieces, it can get a bit uncomfy if you spend hours using it (which in my case, pretty much the daily practice).So after 5 years, I thought I’d treat myself and get the so-called upgraded version (Evolve2 75), what a piece of junk!! In terms of design, it’s bulky, heavy and the mic arm is short and points to your nose rather than your mouth!However, the worst part is the connectivity, it started when people were complaining that they can’t hear me properly, that my voice is crackly or very faint! That problem seemed to go away if I connect the headset to the laptop via USB cable! However, if I connect through direct Bluetooth or through the dongle, then people report that my audio quality is poor. Aparently this is a known issue, as I found many articles and Youtube videos reporting the same.I contacted Jabra support who have been very responsive so far, and they suggested a number of things (Firmware updates, factory reset) but none of them worked. I’m waiting to hear back from them on the next steps.For now I reverted back to using my old Evolve 65, which is still working without the slightest issue.If you’re thinking of getting the Evolve2 75, then I don’t recommend it. If you pay a little extra check out the Beats equivlant or if you really fancy a treat and having exta funds then go for a Bang & Olufsen.

Title: Microphone completely not working after 7 months.
Review: First few months were ok, but after 4 months the microphone intermitently have issue (fluctuation of amplitude of not picking up voice). At month#7 the microphone is completely not working. At this moment I am in a process to ask for a warranty replacement.Update: Jabra replaced the headphone after I sent back the bad one. So far, so good for now with the new one. We’ll see.

Title: When it works its great, but it has some serious issues
Review: I am returning my 2nd paid now. I bought the older Jabra 75 and was very happy with it years ago so I decided to upgrade to the Evolve2 75 which was a lot more money.Personally I like the fit of it, however after using my first one for a few months it started to have issues with the one speaker. I sent that back and got a return (which is great as there was zero fuss)However after using my 2nd one, I noticed that my voice goes very quiet after a second or so of using the device. I have tried factory reset but everyone says my voice is poor and very quiet. Not great for a £350 headset! Furthermore if I am not speaking directly and loudly into the mic it is also very quiet.I’ve since gone back to my older Jabra Evolve 72 and it works perfectly still.Avoid this model until they fix the issues.

Review: This was initially a good product, but overtime deteriorated so now less than 1 year later I am having to return as its now useless. I am very careful with it, and it has no damage and only been used in home office, so this is simply wear and tear.

Review: Ah, le Evolve 2 75. Capita così raramente di provare un prodotto e trovarlo assolutamente perfetto. Le Evolve 2 75 sono così, perfette. Sono state per me un upgrade dalle 65, e upgrade lo sono davvero. Comodissime, ottimo suono, microfono superlativo. ANC efficace e batteria di lunga durata. Costano tantissimo, ma rendono lo smart working infinitamente meno complicato e stressante. Perfette anche in open space. Potrei scrivere per ore, le amo alla follia.

Review: Ich hatte vorher schon ein Jabra evolve 75e und mit diesem keine Probleme, obwohl ich es in der Arbeit täglich mehr als 3 Jahre lang benutzt habe. Einzig mit der ANC-Funktion des alten Headsets war ich nicht zufrieden, und weil ich jetzt auch mal ein Over-Ear Headset probieren wollte, hab ich mir dieses bestellt.Während der Corona-Zeit war ich ja fast nur zu Hause und alleine im Raum. Jetzt bin ich wieder öfter im Büro und mein Kollege, der mir gegenüber sitzt, telefoniert oft sehr laut. Das Jabra Evolve2 75 schluckt, wenn ANC eingeschaltet ist, praktisch alles. Und auch meine Gesprächspartner hören nur meine Stimme. Auch die Kopplung via Bluetooth funktioniert wunderbar (bis zu 8 Geräte, davon 2 gleichzeitig – ich habe 4 Geräte ausprobiert). Und der Musikgenuss ist wunderbar.Was auch super klappt ist das stummschalten indem man das Mikro hochklappt und die Gesprächsannahme in MS Teams via Taste am Kopfhörer.Bin rundum begeistert, aber ich finde der Preis ist auch etwas happig. Ich denke das leistet man sich nur wenn man täglich darauf angewiesen ist.

Review: ノイズキャンセリングは確かに素晴らしいですが、全体的な製品設計に欠陥があります。USB-C接続はありますが、充電にのみ使用されます。オーディオを変換することはできません。そのため、製品をUSB-C経由で接続した場合でも、Bluetoothを有効にする必要があり、デバイスをペアリングする必要です。通話（Google Meet、LINEなど）に参加するたびに、製品はミュートされます。ということで通話するたびに、毎回手動で製品のミュートを解除する必要があります。オーディオがUSBケーブルで伝送される場合よりもはるかに面倒です。有線製品とは異なり、使用時に手動でオフにし、終了時にオンにする必要があります（手動スイッチ）。オフにし忘れると、バッテリーが消耗し、次に電源を入れる前に有線接続が必要になります。繰り返しますが、オーディオをUSB経由で伝送する方がはるかに簡単（およびエネルギー効率）でした。「接続済み」または「デバイスが接続されていません」または「バッテリーレベル」を通知する若いアメリカ人女性の声があります。これは不要で不快な機能であり、理論的にはオフにすることができます。ただし、オフにしても、次にデバイスの電源を入れたときにオンに戻ります。全体的に、シンプルさ、使いやすさ、環境への影響よりも、技術的な複雑さが優先されているようです。ノイズキャンセリングは実際には非常に優れているので残念です。

Review: Ausgezeichnetes Produkt. komfortabel, sofortige Verbindung, keine Konfigurationsprobleme, sehr guter Klang, akzeptables ANC (nicht so gut wie ein Sony WH-1000XM, aber hilft, Umgebungsgeräusche zu reduzieren, sogar die, die ins Mikrofon eindringen!), sehr lange Akkulaufzeit. Auch wenn es etwas teuer ist, sorgt es mit mehreren Stunden Konferenzzeit für große Zufriedenheit bei der Arbeit. Ich empfehle sehr.
