Title: Very good!
Review: It is a high-end headset – very capable, lightweight, compact, foldable and it does everything high-end headsets can do. Its quite pricy, but it’s worth it, especially if you use it for work. Well, you can use this for listening to music too. I compared its sound with a good quality wired YAMAHA listening to music – believe me, this headset’s sound was better! My only concern is that it seems and it feels like is entirely made of plastic and I don’t know if that will make it flimsier than it should! I guess its like mobile phones – make sure you don’t drop it on hard surfaces that’s all!

Title: the mic tip got broken
Review: I have only used this headset at the office, averaging 5-6 times per week for the past month. I have never dropped it and always handle it with care, but the tip naturally broke. There were two cracks on the tip may due to the hot weather before it fell off. I was disappointed, but I’m glad Jabra confirmed it is still under warranty. I sent it in for repair and am now waiting for it to be returned.

Title: Firmware issue until Early 2025
Review: This headset noise cancelling is great, but a little too good. The mic cuts out your voice when speaking at random times.Jabra support told me it would be resolved in Q1 2025

Title: Fabulous headset – while it worked well. Now it has all sorts of issues eight weeks in
Review: Just over eight weeks in and this is one of the worst pieces of kit for work I have ever bought:This headset is vastly overpriced, and does not work well. It is meant to be for Teams. The functionality stopped working three weeks ago and hasn’t returned. It now mutes the entire call when on teams when the mic arm is lifted (so you can’t hear audio at all, when in fact it is only the mic that should mute). A search on the internet has shown other versions of this headset with the same problem and shame on Jabra they still have not fixed this functionality. It fails to pair – it has been re-paired four times with a brand new HP laptop running Win.Avoid it at all costs. It does not work and cannot be relied on. It gives the illusion of working but give it a short time and look what a mess it becomes. Here is my original review two weeks in:I’ve been using this headset for a couple of weeks now and love it. It’s all of the things it promises, lightweight, easy to set up and great for video calls. I use the teams functionality too which is not essential but a nice add on.The noise cancelling is a great help and clarity of call brilliant.I wondered if I really needed a headset at this price point but I can honestly say it’s quickly become an essential piece of office kit for me and I haven’t regretted buying it. As well as work, it’s good enough for music, podcasts and audiobooks while out and about on the working day as well as calls. I wondered if you’d notice the stored mic but you really don’t. It has a good hearthrough function which is helpful if you quickly need to chat to a colleague or pick up the latest announcement on a train. It’s a great all round headset for a working day and the flex function means it’s easy to carry around when on the move.

Title: When they work they’re great
Review: When they work they’re astonishing. I have builders in the house and the noise cancelling microphone means that people on the other end of the call can’t hear even the loudest builders’ noise. However they can be a pain to connect. Even when they say they’re connected sometimes they’re not, and they refuse to be. Apart from that (and it’s quite a big hitch) they’re wonderful.

Title: All that glitters is not gold
Review: The headphone has impressive features and is undoubtedly lightweight. However, despite being “Teams Certified,” it still receives sound complaints and suffers from significant interference. If it were an inexpensive headphone, one might overlook these issues, but considering its high cost, it fails to meet basic expectations. Moreover, the problem is not limited to just one unit; even when my wife used another piece, she encountered the same problems.

Review: Initially, I hesitated to invest in a headset with such a hefty price tag. However, my perspective shifted after watching a video review where the reviewer tested the headset’s performance in a noisy environment, akin to the conditions I encounter occasionally while working.I must say, this headset is truly impressive in such environments! It effectively cancels out all background noise, be it nearby conversations, the hum of coffee grinders, or even background music. It’s the first headset I’ve owned that can achieve such remarkable noise reduction.Beyond its microphone, the sound quality is excellent, the ear cushions are soft and comfortable for extended wear, and the battery life is exceptionally long.In summary, I’m highly satisfied with this headset and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone working in noisy settings.
