Title: Camera freezes
Review: A great concept but the video kept freezing after a couple of minutes making it unusuable and therefore it has been returned. Sorry to be negative but that was my experience.

Review: I bought two of these and tried them at home and at work. When they work, they’re reasonably good; the resolution and image quality are nothing to write home about. The real problem is that every day or two, it crashes the entire USB stack — not sure if it does that by drawing too much peak power, but I end up having to restart my computer because other USB peripherals stop working through the USB hub as well. The other issue is that the screw-on suction cup means that your face/room is often not level (to the Earth); you have to tighten the suction cup just so and stick it to your monitor just so, hoping it doesn’t come loose and tilt the whole scene on its own.I started by loving and using these both for several months. Then all the crashing and leveling issues made it so I’ve basically thrown them away.

Review: Good idea for such product. Bought it, tried it, returned it the next day. Doesn’t stick on the monitor for more than a minute. Can’t connect to a hub which is problematic with todays’ laptops with only one port. No auto focus. Overall low quality not worth the price. $10 maybe, $100 doesn’t justify the quality.

Review: This camera works exactly as described. I have an older 27″ iMac with the original 720P “HD” camera at the top of the display. So the upgrade to 1080P is immediately quite noticeable. This suction cup camera is easy to move around the screen, based on where the other person is sitting in your screen. Now they can actually see you “looking into their eyes” when chatting, instead of appearing to be looking down and away as with a top-of-screen camera. I typically place the suction cup in the middle of their forehead and the clear suction cup isn’t all that distracting.The only think I don’t really like is that the field of view is significantly narrower than my built-in camera. This gives me a zoomed-in appearance and is not adjustable. This makes it difficult to have a second person included in the field of view.
