Installation Step 1
Make sure your countertop has an existing hole with a diameter between 0.5 to 2.0 inches. Remove the old RO faucet if you have one. Wipe clean and dry the area. Slide the front plate onto the faucet stem, followed by the rubber washer. Insert the stem into the hole on the countertop.
Installation Step 2
Under the sink, slide on the back rubber washer and tight the wing nut. If needed, you may apply a few rounds of plumbers tape to the threads to get a better grip.
Installation Step 3
Slide the push-in fitting up the push-in adapter on the base stem of the faucet and lock it in place by sliding the blue clip under the collet.
Installation Step 4
Insert your water tubing (not included) about 1/2 inch into the push fitting, and secure it with the blue clip. Connect the water and inspect carefully for any leaks.

Review: I purchased this same tap in 2006 for my home potable water filter and after continuous use every day for 18 years it started occasionally to drip when it was turned off but with a bit of a wiggle the drip could be stopped. So recognising that this symptom would only get worse I have purchased the same tap again as to buy anything these days that both looks after 18 years as good as when new and has given an amazingly high reliability makes it in my book a 5 star purchase. Installation took me 5 minutes as was designed for normal people to install themselves with full clear instructions in English and two pipe fittings provided for two pipe sizes. The quality of this product is first class and worth the money.

Review: After checking out reviews of slightly cheaper taps for sale, some of which were clearly poor quality and broke within weeks, I was really pleased to find this drinking water tap. Definitely worth paying that little bit extra, it is definitely a better quality, it arrived quickly and with necessary fittings in a neat box and bag. Extremely easy to fit as a replacement for my old tap. I really do recommend this tap, Im impressed by the price, quality and how easy it was to fit.

Review: Choose another. The tap itself is fine, although the flow is slower than the old one. However, the supplied connector leaked. I refitted it repeatedly and finally got it to seal even though I did nothing different, so fingers crossed.I wrote to the 123 filter email they provided, but nothing.
