Title: Instant Vortex Digital Single Drawer Air Fryer
Review: I was fortunate enough to buy this item when it was on special offer, but it’s worth every penny of the current price. So much so that when I spied it on offer again recently, I bought a second for when my current one gives up the ghost. Yes, it’s that good!Compared to other air fryers I’ve tried, the Vortex simply cooks food faster and better.Having used it for over a year now, it’s still going strong with no sign of any wear to the non-stick coatings (it has been looked after – no dishwashers, no scourers, soaking rather than scrubbing etc), and the only “wear” is where I dropped the fully loaded drawer on the floor and a small part of the plastic handle broke off. It made a right mess of the floor, but only slight cosmetic damage to the Vortex.Things I like about it – it’s pretty simple to use – set the temp on one side and the time on the other. There’s presets but I’ve never touched them.You can throw food in from cold, or follow the instructions and wait for it to heat up at which point it tells you to add food. It also tells you when to turn food over, although if you ignore this it carries on cooking it anyway.Smoke/steam/heat is all well contained. The fryer lives under cupboards and there’s only minimal grease on the underside of the cupboards from 12 months of use.While there are bigger air-fryers now, I consider that if you need anything larger than the Vortex, it’s probably better to use a good fan oven. This air fryer for me is the perfect size for couples or small families.Highly recommended!

Title: Just buy it…
Review: I did a lot of looking around and researching before ordering this air fryer and can honestly say I’m so happy I chose this one… Looks stylish… So easy to set up and use… Even for me who is a complete novice to cooking…This will most definitely make life so much easier and expand my range of meals… I looked on YouTube for recipe ideas and you simply cannot go wrong…Healthy delicious dishes in minutes…You cannot go wrong…I think it’ll be the most used piece of kitchen equipment I have ever bought…It’s quite honestly magnificent….Easy to use.. Easy to clean… Fantastic quality and value… As good as the famous brand which costs much more….I cannot recommend it enough….

Review: Absolutely love it ! Great size , I am able to bake fabulous cakes and scones . The grill, reheating, airfyer all work brilliant. No need to use an oven anymore . Perfect for just the two of us or a small family.It is also easy to clean and controls are easy to navigate.

Title: A useful, cost effective air fryer with a couple of watch outs.
Review: The air fryer is a good price at £100 to £102 (would not pay more) with a 5.7l basket and a window and light to see what is going on. Having used for several weeks, the cooking is good with chicken taking pre-heat and 8 minutes for a smaller piece, and pre-heat and 12 minutes for a bigger piece at 200C. Two pork chops took pre-heat and 10 mins at 190C. Salmon fillet needed pre-heat and 8 minutes at 190C.There is no power button on the unit, so it has to be switched on and off at the mains, as the power cord is short and for me the nearest socket is awkward to reach. This is annoying.Getting the basket in and out is a little awkward, as when the device has been cooking, most of it is hot and there is nowhere to hold (aside from the dial to set temperature and time) that gives resistance when pushing the basket in, so the whole device shifts as you seat the basket in.I load food and leave in for the pre-heat, as pre-heating and then remove basket and load food means heat escapes. There is cooking info online, but a Quickstart card of temperature and time for food would help.Controls are easy to use, the device footprint is effective and the window and light really useful for seeing what is happening without opening the basket and losing heat. I am reasonably happy with it and performs better and faster than the oven. Just not quite at 5 stars.

Title: Super easy to clean and contains odours
Review: Love this. Small enough to fit in a slimmer kitchen unit, easy to clean goes in the dishwasher, can air fry, roast and bake, easy controls, basket can manage to roast a whole medium chicken. Only downside is no recipe book. But then that’s what the internet is for!
