Review: Its the size of a standard round dinner plate. Great for preparing small-medium items. Beautiful wood and is 2.5cm/approx. 1″ deep) which is decently thick. Nice groove around the edge to capture small amounts of liquids…Be aware it’s naturally polished so will need conditioning occasionally with mineral oil or natural stuff e.g. beeswax/walnut oil or coconut oil, etc.Really pleased with the product.
