Review: Whilst small, these are perfect for me as I cook for myself only and don’t need anything larger.Each chopping board comes embossed in an image of what it’s intended to be used with, so your meats, veggies, fish etc.They’re dishwasher safe not that I need this in a chopping board, just run under a hot tap and scour away.I do feel like these are definitely aimed at a more conservative cooker than a masterchef creator. If you’ve got limited space, a limited stomach, or limited people to feed, these are brilliant.

Review: First the board came with no instructions, I know that sounds crazy because it’s a cutting board but there is a loose strip that I have no idea where it is supposed to be attached maybe it was attached and came off anywhere back to the board.This is probably a nice cutting board for a family but I’m a family of one, so I found it large and heavy.I like the idea of a metal side for meats because when I buy meats like steaks and pot roast, I cut them into meal sizes and freeze them. The first try on the metal size had the meat sliding off the board so not safe. I will use the veggie side for all cuts in the future. So, l will rate the veggie side. I like making soups with lots of veggies and this board is big enough to cut veggies and push them to the side after cutting them, so you don’t have to constantly empty the board which allow you to get a good idea of the size of your soup. I love the built in grater which I can use for garlic or ginger to add to the soup. The bottom line for me is it’s a pretty good board but I probaby won’t use the metal side.
