Title: Easy to use
Review: After receiving a set of dining chairs, where I had to fit the legs, we found out that the rear legs had not had the threads tapped out. Despite the company sending out another 4 rear legs, they sent the wrong ones!So I ordered this tool. Job done and chairs now assembled!

Title: Perfect for my needs
Review: I needed these to help repair the fire door on my old rayburn stove. The old bolts were damaged so I had to cut them off and Redrill the holes before tapping them.The only negative things is that there was no corresponding drill size guide included with this tap set.

Title: Works great but take your time
Review: This set was a real life saver as our new washing machine came without the screw holes tapped out for the power cover to be screwed on. Really helped tap the threads so I could screw the cover on. Whilst it worked, I tried rushing one which meant it would cut the thread, so just be mindful to take your time, when I did it worked brilliantly.

Review: Nicely made piece of kit. Split chuck grips all sizes (especially small, down to M3 taps). Ratchet action is good, although not all that useful except for cleaning existing threads, because for a new thread you must keep reversing the tap to clear the swarf.T-bar has a detente at each end into which a sprung ball pops. A central detente would be useful for when being used in new thread mode – I will probably file one. The supplied taps look OK but not yet used.

Review: It just about does the job. When the bits are clamped in the handle, it is difficult to tighten them enough to properly grip, so when the bit is extracted from the workpiece, it sometimes falls on the floor. It is for occasional use only, so it will do for now.

Review: Die Bohrer selbst sind ok, funktionieren bis jetzt gut. Ich habe zwei Bohrer schon einige Male benutzt. Die Halterung ist fÃ¼r mich persÃ¶nlich nutzlos. Unbequem, unpraktisch, ein gerader Anfang ist sehr schwierig, besonders bei dÃ¼nneren Materialien. Benutze die Bohrer deswegen entweder mit einem Akkuschrauber oder Tischbohrmaschine auf niedriger Geschwindigkeitsstufe. Das funktioniert sehr gut. Habe allerdings nur Hartholz und Alu bearbeitet. Wie es bei Stahl gehen wÃ¼rde, kann deswegen nicht sagen.
