Title: Perfect refurb, brilliant seller
Review: For me the best part of this refurbished monitor was not how well it works, nor how well it was packaged, or how accurate the delivery time, nor that it’s wall mount compatible (VESA 100mm, if you needed to know), nor that any scratches are so negligible I’m not sure there are any… what was the best part was the note that was in the box, above the packaging – reassuring the buyer that no matter what lies beneath the billowing bubble wrap and congregated corrugated cardboard, was gonna be good, and if it wasn’t good here’s a whole bunch of options and contact details. THAT’s what you want when buying a refurb. Very impressed with the monitor, but really impressed with the sellers cover sheet, attitude.

Title: Okay purchase
Review: So bought this as second screen for my home working/studying set up. Reason I wanted this model is I have another one similar and know they are good.Plus points -Does what it says and worked straight away.Comes with power cable and VGA cable.Negative points -It really was not clean at all, I had to wipe it down quite a bit, smear marks on it and general dirt – particularly worrying do to current situation.Does not have an HDMI Cable slot.There is conflicting reviews about HDMI port, I have attached a photo of the ports. This spec has a VGA (plus cable supplied) and a display port which is a different shape from HDMI cable. I hope this clarifies for anyone who wants to purchase it.Overall it’s okay for what it is, and saved me looking around market place,gumtree etc and great it came with some cables.

Title: Not compatible with most laptops
Review: The product only comes with a display port cable (both ends) which is not suitable for most modern laptops. I purchased a combined display port and hdmi cable and also tried to use a Targus travel dock. Nothing works. I continue to see “check video cable” on the monitor screen. I would not recommend this product as it is too much of a hassle to get it to work.

Review: I’ve had this monitor for about 5 months and it’s been great so far. The display quality is decent and it connects and goes to sleep as expected. I would highly recommend NOT using a VGA cable with this monitor – use one of the other porta instead.
