Title: It’s a HP.
Review: I’m still using it, but as far as I know the computer answers very well. If you need a portable computer that is light, your bet can be this one.

Title: Poor service, faulty product not fit for purpose, seller not interested in helping
Review: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER…..Product purchased for my mum, and only used a small number of times before she passed away. Almost from day one issues with battery. Seller did not want to accept return and instructed to unscrew battery and reset. This happened over 9 times and still would not accept return. The battery is now not registering at all and is still within 12 month period. Seller again not interested, even though this is a defective product, and not fit for purpose as defined under the sale of goods act. Amazon allowed this to de returned to seller on their site and Amazon agree this should be refunded. Amazon and I have contacted the seller about this, but even after a huge number of emails from Amazon to seller, they still refuse to accept return and issue refund.Poor service, poor quality products that are not fit for purpose.

Review: No había comprado nunca un reacondicionado pero esta oferta de un portátil de esta calidad me animó. El equipo me llegó muy rápido y realmente es un buen portatil…pero vino con una tara en la bateria, contacte con el vendedor y fueron todo facilidades y amabilidad. Me lo cambiaron rapidísimo y estoy muy contenta con el nuevo equipo. De 10 todo, el equipo y la postventa.
