Review: Quality pretty decent. But what size is a saw blade?I bought 150 cm (150 cm total / 145 mm pin_to_pin) but they do not fit, they are too short.The one that was included has weird size: 156 cm total / 147 mm pin_to_pin.The minimum that would fit is 150mm pin_to_pin.I have no idea which blades should I buy.

Title: The best junior hacksaw I’ve found
Review: Junior hacksaws are generally rubbish and don’t cut straight because you can’t tension the blade sufficiently. This one is really good, however. As per the pictures in the listing, the frame has a 1/2″ wide flange at the top making it very stiff – you can really tighten the blade.

Title: A lot more than 6 positions
Review: I thought this was going to be the perfect junior hacksaw alas the hexagon adjusters are so loose in the ends that no matter how tight the locking knob is the blade can twist. Not a small amount either – about 10° at each end. The result is that anything can happen when trying to cut a straight line.Such a pity, in this day and age it would take no real effort just to get it right! Perhaps in spite of the apparent country of manufacture it always has to be Chinese?
