PERMANENT FILTER:
With the permanent coffee filter there is no need to purchase paper filters.
1. Except for water and coffee powder, do not boil other powders and liquids.
2. Use uncoiled water, preferably pure water.
3. There is no water in the lower pot, so don’t cook it empty.
4. Too much water will make the coffee overflow the upper layer.
5. When filling coffee powder, do not press it, just flatten the surface a little, because excessive filling may cause the coffee to fail to come out.
6. In order to avoid burning the surface and the handle, the area of the fire source should not exceed the area of the bottom of the pot.
7. Open the lid of the pot and start to boil over medium heat. When coffee comes out, switch to low heat to let the coffee out slowly.
8. When there is a sound of boiling water, be sure to immediately remove the mocha pot from the fire source.
9. Before using the coffee cup, it is best to blanch it with hot water to keep the temperature of the coffee.
10. Do not disassemble and clean the moka pot when it is not cold.
11. Use finely ground coffee powder.
12. Try to rinse with clean water only, or clean with neutral detergent.
