Title: Better than a rack
Review: Second time I have had one of these mats. Used to find I did not like doing greasy things on same one as pastry. Using one for sausages burgers and the like. Use the other one for chips, pizza, nuggets, fish. So much easier to clean than a rack. Do make sure you clean every time. I wipe, wash in clean soapy water then once in a while pop in the dishwasher to give it that extra clean.

Review: I got these for my son who resently got his own place. I already have one & they are great & he wanted one. Easy to wash clean, great as a extra draining board, hot pan stand. Good for cooking but found you have to give the food slightly longer to cook.
