Title: Really is Non-stick!
Review: The surface is so slippery even cooking oil won’t stay put. Cleans easily with a soft sponge and warm soapy water. No need to dishwash. Users are advised to use only low to moderate heat which has been okay so far but am not sure what to do when the food calls for a high temperature for a short period of time.

Title: The blue non-stick layer is not very robust
Review: I would have given this pan 5 stars upon its first use, as so many others have done, but after just a few months there are now patches on the surface area that have lost the non-stick ability and always stick—as others have mentioned.The instructions advise to not allow the pan to get too hot or the non-stick coating will be damaged. I’ve tried to be careful but, honestly, there are times when you need a good hot pan to fry properly so it’s very hard to avoid.Can’t recommend this pan unless you are really disciplined and are happy to fry slower at relatively cool temperatures.Going forward I’m sticking to stainless steel and iron, and avoiding anything marketed as “non-stick.” It’s got to be healthier; I mean, whatever chemicals go into making this blue coating are coming into contact with your food, so it just seems like common sense to me to avoid all of that.5-Month Update: After five months a small spot of surface material has chipped or crumbled off. I used only wooden utensils so it’s not that. Maybe I let it get too hot. Downgraded to one star. I’ve ordered a stainless steel pan now and this is going in the bin. No more non-stick for me; I’m going old-school.

Review: I bought these pans as they were recommended in The Human Being Diet book as you don’t need to use any oil when cooking with them… it is true!! The best non stick pans ever! It is unbelievable! They are heavy and sturdy. Just follow the cleaning instructions- only wash with warm water – they clean up so easy – and this keeps the non stick. Highly recommend these pans they are so easy to cook with…

Title: Not an easy use item
Review: I never actually used this pan – when I opened it and read the instructions I felt it was going to be more trouble than it was worth so I returned the item. In a busy house with multiple people doing the cooking, I need things that are simple to use and clean. The pan comes with instructions not to use certain kinds of oils and not to let it get over a certain temperature, plus it was not dishwasher safe.It was a great weight and felt very sturdy and well made – just not right for me.

Review: These are my new favorite go-to pans. They clean up so easily and they feel very sturdy, weighty, and durable.The slopes on the sides are a little steeper than I’m used to, so I’m having to adjust how I throw food into the air. (Edit: I have adapted, and the weight of the bigger pan has accelerated my food-tossing into something I think of as air scrambling. Tilt forward and shake vigorously back and forth. It works well for chunky things like stir-fry, fried rice, etc… I lose a few grains of rice doing that, but the bigger pan would probably injure my wrist eventually with a whole lot of tossing. My wrist should adapt if I don’t overdo it.The bottom is bare stainless steel and it stays put on a standard electric burner—no sliding around.The edges of the pan are formed so that if I’m transferring something that’s liquid, there’s no drip down the side of the pan when I’m through pouring. I can simply put the pan down without having to worry about drippings getting on the stove or anywhere else. I don’t know if this design was intentional or not, but it’s one of my favorite features.I would like to have seen these without the rivets on the inside of the pan; some have them, some don’t. That’s the only thing I don’t like, but I like everything else so much that I can live with them. If the rivets have to be placed like that to increase the pan’s lifespan and make it feel so durable, I can live with that reasoning. It’s just that those rivets are sometimes a scrubbing point for certain foods, not because they’re sticking, but because they build up around the rivets and I have to work my sponge around at all angles to make sure I get everything off. I can spend more time cleaning that one area than the rest of the entire pan, handle and all.I’m so happy with these that I would like to buy other pieces to go with them, even if they have rivet heads inside the pan.

Review: Poêle conforme a la description solide et lourde. Elle ne colle pas et fini les p.fas. J’ai remplacé mes tefals dont le revêtement était endommagé. Elles sont lourdes pour ma par je préfère elle ne glisse pas si on les accroche et si l’on met une grosse cuillère pour mélanger, ça ne fait pas basculer la pôele. Compatible lave vaiselle.
