Review: I first ordered the 24cm one but that is indeed really small. I returned it without any problem and received a refund almost by return. This 27cm frying pan is lovely, the best I have had in a long time. It has a very very smooth inside – need to get used to that as the food slides out extremely easily 😉 but as far as frying itself is concerned it is wonderful. Just use oil directly from the bottle instead of with an oil spray (as the directions say), use low or maximum a medium high flame, make certain the oil is distributed over the whole pan, and voila, no problems with food sticking to the pan. I’m going to buy another one soon – maybe the small one again, after all!

Title: Non stick? Definitely not.
Review: This frying pan is the worst frying pan I have ever owned. I bought it due to the good reviews of this pan and of Greenpan as a brand, and to replace an old one Tefal one that was knackered. Non stick it is not. Doesn’t matter what or how much oil I put in everything sticks badly. Fried eggs turn into a mess. Bacon ends up shredded it sticks so badly. Even a simple cheese toastie in the pan sticks! Nightmare to clean too. The stuck on bits are WELDED. I do wonder if I got a faulty one as it happened pretty much from day one. It has never gone in the dishwasher as I don’t put any good pans in there in order to prolong their life. Mine is going in the bin I can’t stand it any longer.

Review: Sturdy pan, the rivets are enclosed and has a plain smooth cooking surface. Needs less oil. I haven’t burnt any food on it yet (used only a few times) but food slides out. I have seasoned it though, like for cast iron. No oil needed to toast bread/ make eggs. Also I wipe it clean with a soft cloth/tissue; Except when I made eggs, then I use very little soap and more water at room temp just so am sure there’s no smelly eggie residue left behind. It feels luxurious to cook in it.
