Review: I had a non-stick griddle for years that fit over two burners on my stove. It finally had to be replaced. This griddle is perfect. It fits well over the gas burners with room to spare, so the flame stays under the griddle. It heats evenly and cleans up easily with warm soapy water and a dishcloth. It is large, but fits easily in a standard lower cabinet for storage.
