Title: Quality simplified
Review: I bought this CCTV for a project and I am very impressed with its performance. Pictures are of great quality with huge depth of field. It is good for the price and with the attached solar panel, you will not have to worry about battery life. I am able to monitor it remotely and can communicate with anyone in the coverage area. The card for storage is generous. I will definitely buy again.

Title: Great for areas with no WIFI no mains power
Review: It’s fantastic, good design and lovely make, very attractive. A lot has been said, and I would repeat this is a great off-grid solution. Anyway, do remember it requires a sim card with data plan, and just do not use pay-as-you-go as it could break your bank, trust me.It’s brilliant with the solar panel as it means you do not need mains to make it work, but better pre charge fully it before the use.Once set up, it works a treat, good image and video quality, great night vision, effective motion detection and practical 2 way audio. The remote control is of course easy and great, and the app is easy to use, handy to control.64GB card is a bonus.

Title: Great camera, but it doesn’t do wifi – data only.
Review: GNCC security camera.This was on sale for £69.99 when I got it. It seems to be a great camera for the money, but obviously it isn’t wifi enabled, you have to use a sim card connected to a data package.The camera works well, set up is pretty straightforward, charge the camera with a USB C cable until fully charged, insert the included sim card (gives you 300 mb of data to get started) and then insert the included memory card. Turn the camera on, install the app onto your phone via the QR code in the booklet, register an account, and then add the device in the app. Easy!The camera worked great. Looks brilliant on the screen. You can move the camera all around, pan up and down, zoom in, it even has lights you can turn on on it, and they are so bright. I struggled getting the lights to turn on when I wanted, but they were bright when they did. It also shows up great in the dark.It works well for somewhere without wifi, you can use it pretty much anywhere with the included solar panel. I would have preferred it to have the ability to use data and/or wifi, that would have been much better in my opinion, but for what it does, it’s great.

Title: Impossible to set up – unusable and not fit for purpose
Review: I was really looking forward to getting this set up and testing it properly.It came well-packaged in retail packaging (see image) and, in theory, with everything needed to get set up, including a SIM card preloaded with 300MB of data (claimed anyway, no way of checking this).There is also a useful-looking instruction booklet.As instructed:I charged the camera up with the supplied USB lead.I downloaded the app.I inserted the SIM card.I inserted a micro-SD card.I turned on the camera and reset it.I used the app to scan the QR code on the camera (difficult, it’s very small)At this point there was supposed to be a solid blue light – i was getting intermittent blue and red. I repeated the process (twice) – still getting blue and red. Decided to proceed anyway with the app – it asked for APN settings…. Took me a while to discover that the back of the supplied SIM card gives you APN settings – just a single code and it states specifically that Username and password are not required. The app did not agree – kept asking for more APN details.I repeated this whole process with the same result.Very very disappointed that I cannot get this to work. I feel that I have wasted too much time on it already. I have however already ordered a new SIM for use with it (not expecting to have these problems) so I will likely give it another go in due course, but it really shouldn’t be this difficult. If I have any success I will of course update this review accordingly.As it stands, a throughly useless piece of kit and I could not recommend it to anyone.

Review: Came very well packaged and wrapped. I’ve bought a lot of cameras, but very happy with this one for the build quality and included features.We needed a camera for the roof, but the location makes it hard to install cords or change batteries. We hoped for a camera that could work without all of that, and decided to try this model, since it is cheap for having a solar panel. It works great, and did exactly what we wanted.You do need to run it on cell data, but the best part is that it comes with a SIM card included, the package had everything needed to set it up in one night, including a micro SD card. The solar panel is sturdy, not at all flimsy like many are, so I think this should last us a good few years.

Review: È la seconda che compro. Funziona bene, sia di giorno che di notte. Di notte può usare IR o anche il normale sensore a colori ma con l ausilio della luce LED integrata. Il pannello ricarica bene e la batteria ha un ottima durata. Buona l’app per la gestione, certo mi domando se un giorno l’app venisse rimossa dallo store la telecamera diventerebbe inutilizzabile. Con SIM solo dati di Vodafone funziona, ma ho provato con SIM Iliad e con quella non funziona.
