Review: I have really damaged hair from bleaching and coloring over the years and recently went back to my original hair color, which I’d like to grow out and maintain as I was really sick of having tangled and dry hair. The ends of my hair are still pretty dry and I’ve been trying out products left and right to try and help this issue.I have to say I was initially skeptical. After washing and towel drying my hair I sprayed this on. First of all I have to say the spray bottle is great – fine and very evenly distributed mist which makes spraying it on with one hand really easy. The smell is a bit overpowering though, which is what I didn’t really like. It didn’t smell bad, just really strong.After I blowdried my hair I have to say it does actually feel smoother and shinier – I only used this on one side of my hair for contrast. However I wouldn’t say that the contrast is anything crazy. I personally noticed it, but my flatmate who I asked for objectivity said she didn’t.I’m someone that doesn’t necessarily enjoy blowdrying my hair as I feel even with the heat protectant it still feels like I’m damaging my hair. While I have this I would continue to use it, but as I’m looking to repair my hair I’m not sure I would buy this again, just for my purposes.Overall I would say it does work and the product also seems like the real thing, at least from my experience. Worth a try!

Title: Works nicely but smells awful.
Review: Liked how it made my hair super straight and shiny. However, it does NOT smell nice. It notes not to use any other products on your hair and to use a tension brush and flat iron for it to work properly. Tick and tick. Worked. Unfortunately, I couldn’t use my great smelling products and every time I flipped my hair, I could smell the product. So, I’m mixed. Will I repurchase? I doubt it. It’s nearly 20 quid and the wow product is a pinch more but smells really nice. I was very much hoping to love this. It’s a 3 out of 5 for me.

Review: I’ve tried many styling products over the years and found them for the most part to be pretty much useless, until a while ago when I found a particular product that works really well for me that I’ve stuck with ever since. I was therefore not expecting much from the Glaze Mirror Glaze Spray, but I was wrong, it’s brilliant.For context, my hair is fine but I have a lot of it, and it’s bleached to within an inch of its life. If left to dry naturally it looks like beach waves, but frizzy beach waves not nice defined ones. I use a Dyson Airwrap for styling and depending on how much time I have and my mood, I alternate between straight blow dries and curly ones.My regular product is fantastic for the curly blow dries as it holds the curls in place for a couple of days, but it isn’t so great with the straight blow dries. It gets my hair straightish, but not poker straight.To use the Glaze, spray onto damp hair and then blow dry using as much tension as possible. It must be used with heat, it won’t have any effect if just spayed on to the hair and left to dry naturally.If I use Glaze to blow dry my hair straight, it comes out poker straight without the need to run straightens over it afterwards, which I sometimes need to do to after blow-drying straight with my Airwrap.I haven’t used Gaze with my curly blow dries because I know my current product works brilliantly for that, and I will continue to use my current product on curly days. However, for my straight hair days I now won’t use anything else but Glaze. Glaze works brilliantly for me, and I’m delighted with the results I get from using it.

Review: Good product for adding a gloss sheen to dried out hair.The wife tried this while we were out camping this week, she already has perfectly straight hair from using straighteners daily but is very dry from colouring “getting rid of gray’s”, added as instructed to damp hair after using copious amounts of conditioner this sprayed on does seem to lock in some of the moisture and makes the hair look a lot more healthy, she did also notice that the hair did not seem to be as flyaway, static than without it after using the hair straighteners on a daily basis and took less time to straighten.The wife has over the years tried to many products to mention and some at a higher price point per ML content so this does seem to be a product that is noticeable while in use, for her she is happy to continue using as we are back home now so is a 5 star product to her.

Title: Not sure if the extra cost is worth it for me
Review: My hair is chin length at the front in a bob, is dry, thick and coarse, and stays (mostly) however I style it except for when the air is damp, when it goes incredibly frizzy. I normally add a few drops of oil and a heat spray then blow dry firstly roughly with my hands, then once pretty much dry, straighten with a brush and the dryer. Then I use straighteners and finish with a mix of styling putty and gloss-frizz serum (& sometimes if it looks dry still, a gloss spray).I used only this spray before styling but wasn’t too sure how much to use – the instructions say to part the hair all over & spray in sections, so I added a fair amount. I dried and straightened as normal. My hair felt relatively soft, looked relatively shiny, looked mostly straight, but looked a bit fuller then normal. I finished with just the putty. Over the next couple of days (before washing again), although the style stayed put and it stayed pretty straight, it did go a bit frizzy in the drizzly weather (under an umbrella) and I did need to straighten it a couple more times – I’m not really fussy about it being straight, I just don’t like frizzy – this was more than I would normally have done.Again the instructions say not to use it every time, it’ll last a couple of washes, so for me the 2nd wash was better as I then added my other styling products in too, to give a better finish and last.So in summary, it was OK for me by itself; better than normal with other products, but whether I’d pay the price for the extra product, I’m not sure.

Review: I was about to push the button on a few similar products that were more pricey. This popped up and I decided to take a chance! I used it yesterday and I am a believer!! My hair was always super shiny until a few years ago when menopause really changed the texture of it. After just one use, it has taken two decades off of my hair. Even today, my hair still has shine and bounce on this hot, humid day. I needed no additional product this morning because along with the shine and softness, it retained the style from yesterday and I was able to easily brush it back into the style. It takes very little product. I sprayed it into my hands and worked it into sectioned layers. The slight smell quickly disappears while blow drying. It is nice when a product does what it says.

Review: I used this with my flat iron and did get quite nice and shiny results. Unfortunately, I didn’t get much with my brush dryer, which normally makes my hair quite nice on its own. So I thought maybe this spray would improve its results but really there wasn’t much change.If anything, my hair didn’t look as smooth as it normally does with just the dryer. Typically I just touch up the ends with a flat iron or curler. I used the curler this time and my hair just looked a little like a tousled mess and was a little unruly. So as I knew a humid day was on tap, I grabbed the flat iron. Which usually makes my hair pretty smooth and shiny on its own (as a good one like mine will do) but I did see an improvement over my usual results.So for those times when I am planning to flat iron I will probably use it. I honestly don’t always plan to use it as it tends to be a last resort. Maybe if I’m planning a night out I’ll use it but it probably won’t be an every day thing as I don’t usually like flat ironing too often if I can help it.

Review: This is to be used alone on damp hair but it didn’t add any shine considering the name. It doesn’t seem to be a heat protectant as my ends looked frayed. It does smell great like a strong rose scent in my opinion and it lasts until you wash. My hair was very soft and fluffy feeling and it is definitely weightless as I have fine curly hair that I straighten. My Kristin Ess weightless shine leave in conditioner gives me super shiny silky hair with sealed ends so I prefer that but will certainly use this bottle just by mixing them together. I would not re buy as there’s just stuff that’s better.
