Cleaning tips:1) Use the salt to clean it: put the salt on the place with tea stain for several minutes, clean it with a brush;
2) Put the toothpast on the place with the the stain for 3-4 minutes, then brush it;
3) Put the baking soda into the teapot for a night, clean it with a soft cloth;
4) Put the lemon peel into the teapot with water for 5-6 hours, clean it with a soft cloth

Title: lid does not work without infuser
Review: BE WARNED although the glass infuser insert is removable, the lid of the teapot will fall straight through the top without it! For this reason I am giving 2 stars. I would not buy this if I had known and am considering sending it back as in my experience those glass infusers just clog up and make it really slow/difficult to fill the teapot with hot water or pour the tea. You’re much better with loose leaves in the pot and a separate strainer in my opinion. Very disappointed indeed.
