STEP 1
Attach the juice bowl to the base of the motor.
STEP 2
Put the auger into the juice bowl.
STEP 3
Place and lock the chute and strainer assembly in place.
STEP 4
Make sure the “unlock symbol” aligns with the “triangle” symbol and turn the assembly clockwise until it clicks on the safety lock. Please make sure the “triangle” symbol is aligned with the “lock symbol”, otherwise the device will not work.
Troubleshooting:
1. The machine will not work when turned on
(1)Cause: The machine may not be properly assembled. Solution: Please check if the parts are correctly positioned. Refer to the “How to Assemble” section of the manual.
(2)Cause: Overheating protection. Solution: Let it cool for 20-30 minutes. Reconnect the machine after 20-30 minutes to resume normal operation.
2. The machine suddenly stops
(1)Cause: The juicer is blocked and does not work. Solution: Instantly press the power switch to “R” position to raise the ingredients up. If the machine still stops working, please clean it.
(2)Cause: Overheating protection. Solution: Let it cool for 20-30 minutes. Reconnect the machine after 20-30 minutes to resume normal operation.
3. The pulp is too wet and the juice produced is insufficient
Cause: The pulp cap is not well assembled. Solution: Correctly and firmly insert the pulp plug into the pulp spout after cleaning.
4. The chute and strainer assembly cannot be opened
(1)Cause: Too much pulp in the juice bowl. Solution: Press the power switch to “R” position to eject the pulp backwards.
(2)Cause: hard food stuck inside. Solution: Press the power switch to “R” position to eject the object backwards.
(3)Cause: Pulp damage is stuck. Pour water into the chute to soften the stuck pulp for a few hours.
5. Leaks of the juicer during operation
(1)Cause: The machine may not be properly assembled. Solution: Please check if the parts are correctly positioned. Refer to the “How to Assemble” section of the manual.
(2)Cause: overloading the juicer with too many ingredients at once. Solution: Introduce the ingredients into the juicer gradually and in small portions.
