Review: I got fed up waiting for jug filters and wanted something more instant. Did some research on different ones in the end this seemed most reasonably priced with good reviews, and I can see why, it works great! The water noticeably tastes better. Title: I wish I had read the reviews
Review: Fitting to water supply was annoying, I had to source other parts to make it fit. That was a 12 mile round trip. Drilled sink and fitted tap, fitted filter, seemed OK for two minutes, then the leak appeared, it seemed to be an internal o ring on the cartridge container. Looking at reviews, this is a very common problem, a design fault. Apparently sometimes this fault does not manifest itself until the filter needs changing, so be warned. I’m sending it back and now got a hole in my sink. Not a happy bunny. We will see now how good amazon support is, never had to do this before.Well, update- amazon refunded me immediately and had an easy returns system. Well done amazon!

Title: Excellent in-line water filter with fast flow
Review: Really do not understand the comments about this unit leaking. It is very simple to install and DOES NOT LEAK IF FITTED BY A COMPETENT DIYer. Took me 30 minutes to remove my brand new Triflow filter (it came with our very expensive new kitchen) and replace it with this much better (flow is triple the speed and water tastes better) Frizzlife filter. I would not hesitate to recommend this, and simply ignore the “leak reviewsâ€.

Review: Took about 20 mins to install, but I was replacing a smaller filter so hole was already drilled in worktop. The pipe fitting in photo was NOT included, maybe there should be one as this just clamps around water pipe, no cutting needed. Water tastes of nothing, so I guess it’s working.

Title: Game changer (long-term review)
Review: Relatively easy to install kit. I had it for about six months, and it’s still going strong with the original cartridge inside. The water tastes much better than it used to. The water in my flat always had that lake-like aftertaste and a metallic feel, which were immediately gone after installation. It makes the tap water taste more bottle-like. The limescale is still occurring which is fine, as it’s not as bad as it used to + I’ve got a spare filter which meant to be lime-scale reducing.

Su instalación en realidad no fue tan sencilla ya que tengo 2 cajones de “push to open†debajo de la tarja y el espacio es muy reducido, tal que tuve que quitar el bracket y agregar un cintillo metálico para fijar el filtro. Solamente por ese detalle fue que me tardé mucho pero en realidad te puede tomar solamente 15 min. La llave se puso en un agujero existente que tenÃa un dispensador de jabón de manos, por lo que no tuvimos que perforar el cuarzo.Recomendado. ðŸ‘ðŸ»

Review: The day I received this filter I started wondering why I waited so long to install one. The overall TCO is about the same as my previous pitcher which was amongst the lower-end priced pitcher filters certified for lead reduction (just like this one).This filter came with the faucet and all hardware needed for installation besides standard tools (a drill and wrench), and that even includes a valve on the T adapter so you can shut the filter independently from the normal faucet. The filter cartridge can be taken off without shutting off the water inlet (a towel is needed as there’s always a bit of water going out when removing the filter) and a bypass allow using the faucet with the cartridge removed (water obviously won’t be filtered while in bypass).Water taste good and this solution is much more convenient than a pitcher. The flow is stronger than I would’ve expected and within a month I’ve already saved more time I’d spend filling up my pitcher than it took me installing the faucet!Definitely a great buy if you’re not scared of drilling your sink or countertop. Besides the T adapter which is a simple screw-on adapter the piping is very simple to cut and connect.
