Review: The manufacturer FitVii refused to honor my warranty as apparently I did not buy from them directly from their Amazon shop, nor their website. The seller just completely ignored my messages. Amazon is also not helpful if your item gets damaged after the 30-day window. AVOID!

Review: I purchased this solely for reviews in blood pressure monitoring. Absolutely way off. Don’t buy very inaccurate. Also don’t but from mth shopping. Contacted me via WhatsApp after amazon agreeing return. Then somehow changed my original returns email stating send to the USA at a cost of 45 dollars. Tried calling amazon but I think some how was hacked. Ended up calling Philippines! Still no joy! How unprofessional seller’s got your details and can do this over WhatsApp showing photo of themselves girlfriend/boyfriend abroad somewhere! Joke.

Review: This is a really great, budget fitness tracker. Seems to be pretty accurate. Really helpful to track my poor sleep and see how different things help me get more restful sleep. Has some really cute screen savers. Love the purple color. Surprisingly comfortable! I was concerned that this would be hard to use to track sleep but its so comfortable I dont notice it. what I find is most helpful is all of the reminders and alarm options. I have a very hard time remembering medication and now I’m reminded, even if I don’t have my phone on me. Another amazing feature is the fact that the alarm can wake me without waking my partner! This even tracks the mental cycle. All in all its a quality tracker at a decent price!

Review: My daughter wanted a smartwatch and I wasn’t willing to get an Apple Watch for her. After doing some research and reading the Amazon reviews for several smart watches, her and I picked out this watch. My husband, who was skeptical of buying a non-Apple product, was very surprised by the quality of this product. More importantly, my daughter was thrilled and loved her watch. So many features, easy to use and great quality. So when the band broke a week later, she was devastated and I was disappointed too. I reached out to customer support that was available. Less than 48 hours later, with minimal back and forth emails (I just had to send a picture and my order #), Belle from customer support had shipped a new band. I honestly was doubtful any help would be given except an option to buy a replacement band. I was wrong! They sent a new band and my daughter and I are thrilled! So if you are looking for an inexpensive, quality watch with great customer support, this is the one!

Review: I bought it because it was well rated as an economically priced fitness watch. The watch works as expected. Customer support was very helpful, I exceedingly polite, and actually replaced the first one I had because it was defective (cardio features didn’t work). The replacement works well and has an amazing long lasting battery. I’m very pleased, overall.The watch does lack comprehensive, detailed instructions and that was a bit of a barrier to me getting it to work at first, but I eventually figured it out with some trial and error. Overall I am very pleased with it.
