Review: This pillow is very comfortable giving good support to my lower back. The size is good and it does help with the pain. I know it has a bag but for me, it’s a bit long to be portable. There is no smell from the memory foam and the cover removes easily for washing. It easily regains shape after I’ve squashed it all night.

Review: I’m struggling with herniated disc and this roller provides literally ZERO support for lumbar section of your spine. Quick rebound which is good but when you lay on it it’s just flat! It provides maximum 20mm of support when laying on the mat or bed.Also get’s super flat when sitting (less than when laying) so probably all memory foam rollers are not fit for this purpose. I advise you to get McKenzie original hard foam roller for sitting positions and for laying half moon NONE MEMORY FOAM rollers.
