You should use disk management tools to creat a new partition so to make this internal solid state drive meets different operating system requirements.

The fanxiang 2.5″ ssd usually needs to be formatted in Disk Management before use.
lt is recommended to format it in the windows operating system and use NTFS format.
3. Why the usable capacity of the ssd that displays on a computer is less than its actual capacity?
It is because different algorithm was adopted.
Factory adopts Decimal. 1GB=1000MB=1000000KB.
Computer system adopts Binary.1GB=1024MB=1048576KB.
After tested, there is about 7% less if displays on a computer.
4. Would the S102 1TB SSD work in laptop?
Every fanxiang S101 and S102 Pro ssd hard drive works in laptop and decktop that has sata connetion.

Title: Superb Xbox One X upgrade
Review: Brought this to upgrade the original HDD in my Xbox One X. Works perfectly and a big improvement in game loading times compared to the original HDD. Easy upgrade with no messing around or having to preconfigure the new SSD. Straight out the packaging into the Xbox. Put offline update on a 8GB USB stick then started the Xbox in recovery/troubleshoot mode, plugged in the USB and started the update process. Well worth the upgrade at this price. Will definitely be buying another one to replace the original HDD that come out the Xbox that I’m currently using as external storage. I 3D printed the case for it.

Title: You get what you expect and no disapointments.
Review: It did not take long to install this drive to replace an old and worn HDD. I could have cloned it from the old drive in my Tooploo but I wanted to upgrade frfom 8.1 to 10 so I started afresh and to be honest, I am glad I did. I have started loading some othe programmes but not nearly so many as before which means the laptop is very fast. How long will it last? How long is a piece of string? It works well and has all the space I expect from it. The Fanxiang is a good quality but low priced SSD and yes, I would recommend it.

Title: Blisteringly fast
Review: Like most new SSDs, in order for Windows to ‘see’ the drive it has to be enable/initiated in the disk management pages in Windows settings.Within seconds all was good.Blisteringly fast compared to some other drives I have installed. USB3 drive to USB3 socket on PC (and then via sata cables) transferred massive files very quickly and accurately to PC.

Title: Fast drive
Review: Really good bit of kit. Bought it for my lads Xbox series S to store games on. Made him aware that he can’t play series X|S games from this drive, but he can move games or data around quickly from this drive to his Xbox, and vice versa. We use a universal hard drive reader to make it accessible.This works out a hell of a lot cheaper than buying the official seagate xbox storage add-on drive , at the expense of non-instant playability.

Title: It transformed my PC
Review: I was getting tired with how slowly my PC was running, compared to my other machine that had an SSD, so thought that it was time. Installation was a doddle (barring some BIOS shenanigans, due to my unfamiliarity with this motherboard). It’s now like I have a new PC. Review: This review is for “S012 Pro” SSDI have been very reluctant to try this brand, not expecting the quality of well known brands like Samsung or Western Digital which I’ve used for years. But prices on those SSD’s have gone up a lot the last few months and being on a budget I decided to give this brand a try finally. I was impressed with a few things1. I really liked when I saw this SSD’s case was metal. Why? Metal dissipates heat way better than plastic but most manufacturers (who used to use a metal) now make the case out of plastic -cheaper for them but not as good for us. That is a plus for this brand.2. My Black Magic Speed Test was quite good. 500 for reads and about 460 for writes (2.5″SATA) Quite respectable.The S102 was reasonable, performed well and had good value. A very decent SSD.
