Title: Works great
Review: I found it has started working on my pigmentation dark spots as they are gradually fading. The serum just absorbs straight into my skin no stickiness it’s smooth texture glows my skin nicely. Quality of the product for me is spot on. I can’t really say I’ve come across any distinctive smell to the serum

Title: Expensive but will keep going for now
Review: This is my second bottle – Face Theory have sold out so I came to Amazon. I am using this mainly for hyperpigmentation on my arms, but on my face too. I use two drops on each arm and one drop for the face. If I shower in the morning I put spf50 on my arms, if I shower at night I just use the acid with nothing else. The first bottle lasted 6 months and I researched that as a woman of colour (mixed Asian), I need to wait at least six cell cycles (6 months) to see any effects. If this product wasn’t on sale I would’ve gone with the next cheaper alternative with the same percentage of acid and decent reviews. I’m now nearly 8 months in and have seen an improvement on one arm but the other one looks the same.

Review: Likes my skin ,I’ve used expensive brand serums with niacinamide that were over £100 and this does the same job,brightens my skin keeps it smooth reduces dark spots gives a nice glow when I combine it with a face cream.skin type normal combination,I have sensitive skin no irritation,I will buy more .

Review: I bought this product because I noticed a slight dark patch on my upper lip in a few photographs. A beautician told me that it is due to skin pigmentation (likely as a result of age, 43). I have only been using this product for a couple of weeks and I can notice a difference already, the dark patch is visibly reduced. I only use it on my upper lip as I have very sensitive skin and I bought it solely to target a problem area so I only need one drop and the product will therefore last a long time. I did try the product on other areas of my face but I found it quite drying as I have v sensitive skin so I wouldn’t use it as an overall facial skin serum.

Title: be patient and the results will be amazing
Review: ok so in the beginning i was a bit sceptical cause i thought there was no change to my skin, however once i created a good skincare routine i noticed a big different with the way my skin was looking, very glowy, healthy, my hyperpigmentation has faded a bit also. i still have some scarring but in comparison to before there’s a noticeable difference. it’s gentle also so i’d recommend for people with sensitive skin x

Review: I have the FaceTheory Glycolacsal Face Toner + the FaceTheory Ocuwake Eye Cream (I really like both), so added this serum for the rest of my face after cleansing.Since my skin is super dry, very sensitive, & 60 years old, I always try products on the back of my hand first, then just my forehead, then the rest of my face.Did all that with no reaction or sensitivity, so began using at night after washing.And it’s fine – nothing fabulous, nothing awful.It’s a clear serum that you shake first & it has a dropper. There is virtually no scent & it spreads easily – leaves a slightly sticky surface, but it’s fine since I’m using it at night. I wouldn’t use in the morning before makeup unless you’ve got time for it to absorb, especially since moisturizer is supposed to go on after it.As far as the odd sounding (to me) ingredients, a quick google of tranexamic acid tells you it’s a clotting promoting ingredient used for heavy periods. Apparently, it also “interferes with melanin production” when applied to the skin. I’ve been using it for 2 weeks now with no visible results, but I’m sure any help is gradual, especially with my sun damage & age spots!“The glycyrrhizin in liquorice root contains anti-inflammatory properties.” Again, time will tell.Bottom line?First, do no harm, so all good there. 2nd, give some results &, so far, not really. $25 for an ounce is a price point that’s high for me, so I’ll use this up & be done.**Thank you for reading this review & I hope that it’s Helpful!** 😊
