Title: Wonderful!
Review: Absolutely lovely! I trimmed about 5mm off top and bottom to fit my largest baking tray and lie flat, and it works a treat. I used to bake on unperforated mats and things like sausage rolls would leak a few juices and they would brown up – very tasty and sticky, don’t mind that at all, however this allows the air to get to the underneath and you get a pretty even browning and crisping of pastry. Results look a bit more professional and slightly less ‘farmhouse’! Both are good – depends what you want.Quality is superb and I highly recommend these.
