Title: Great mid range robovac
Review: Frodo is my new best friend! Can’t believe we didn’t get one earlier. Suction great, we have a border collie who sheds insanely. All hairs are collected beautifully and they don’t tangle on the roller. I empty the hoover after every clean and I have changed the brush once which was so easy as it just clicks out and you have a cutting tool that comes with the vac. Easy. The filter has also needed cleaning probably because we have such a hairy dog. My advice is that no matter how crazily frustrating the first clean is when you see the vac going over the same spot or you think it’s gone the wrong way and missed a spot, just leave the house or go upstairs and let it do its’ thing. The vac needs to map the floor plan on the first clean which takes some time but once it’s finished you’ll notice that it has cleaned everywhere. It learns every time and gets faster and more efficient with every clean. Fascinating to watch! Great mid range buy especially if your have a pet.

Title: Worked for 11 months
Review: Good suction on vacuuming. Mopping function rather basic and doesnt clean floor. Hand controls on device stopped working less than 1 year from purchase but Eufy offering to replace. Cost £300 in 2023. Less than 12 months working fully doesn’t seem good value but hopefully replacement will last longer.

Title: Like a daily cleaners been in
Review: Bought to replace an older Eufy vac, this ones seems more intelligent with its motion, neat zig zags across the room whereas the older one did random bounces off the furniture. Also better and finding it’s way back to the charger when needed, even if it’s in a different room , it’s mapped the area so knows where to go

Title: The best thing I have ever bought
Review: I got fed up with hair from my two cats. I seemed to always hoovering as well as having a cleaner come every week. This has sucked up so much it has transformed the place! Just get one if you’re hestitating. I don’t normally review. Sometimes gets stuck under the sofa but worth it!

Title: Poor Performance – Bad Model
Review: I have had very good experiences with Eufy products two other times. This model was terrible in comparison… The suction, battery life and functionality was really bad. I recommend Eufy recalling this model. It did work, but everything about the performance was terrible.

Title: Does the job, good value with some smartness
Review: Slight upgrade from my Eufy 11S which I consider to be the best domestic purchase i ever made. That had done 3 years sterling service every day since I bought it (coincident with the introduction of a golden retriever into the family). Absolute godsend to pick up dirt and doghair.This is a bit smarter and is a little less random in it’s wanderings. It also seems to pick up a bit better.
