Why can’t scan codes or Settings?

Connected Steps : After powering on → Hear a voice of beep → Wait for the camera to self-check → Take 1min to process → the lens will return back to its original position after rotation → Add the device into app.

Why does the motion detection not work?

1.Open settings on app – motion detection and humanoid detection.

2.Open settings on phone – notification/sound/microphone permissions.

Why can’t track automatically？

Open Settings – Auto Track.

How to use 18 months free cycle cloud storage of this device?

When the camera setting up, it come with 2 days cycle cloud storage for 18 months(with motion detection recording ).You can check the video also select the notification type on the app. If wanna view more days, should buy a subscription.

Why can’t it work after a while?

1, try to keep all devices close to the router.

2, because the WiFi signal is not fixed, if you encounter this situation, please restart the router and device.

Title: Does not come with free cloud storage.
Review: It comes with a moulded plug so if fitting outdoors, you need to cut the plug off, thread the cable through a wall hole and fit a new plug internally. The app sends out an alarm if movement is detected but, the image on the phone is tiny and cannot be increased in size. Also, we had to pay for cloud storage as there is no free storage that the ad states.

Review: Good quality camera.Wasn’t too difficult to install.Picture quality is good until you zoom in too much.Only thing I would suggest is not to use motion tracking if you want it set in a specific location as it doesn’t return to that position.Very good value for money.
