Title: DO NOT PURCHASE – AVOID SELLER
Review: Purchased 4 office chairs, less than 5 months of having them and the wheels have broke on two of them and are unable to repair. Contacted the seller and had no response. Amazon contacted them on our behalf and they refused a return. Not happy with this service or quality of the chairs.Avoid seller.

Review: after i bought this i seen some bad reviews which was worrying, but the chair turned up the next day and was in perfect condition. ontop of that there was a massage function included which was not advertised so a nice little bonus. put it together in 10 minutes and is very comfortable.

Review: Came without an instruction sheet. But being a porter in a Cambridge college was not a problem, until the left arm. Nuts for the bolts set at crazy angles took ages to inset and tighten said bolts by feeling alone.

Title: Mouldy item full of mould – the item had clearly been used scratched
Review: This item arrived in a battered box full of holes – the chair is full of mould and the instructions were wet and full ofMould. The item had clearly been used before as all parts were not packaged up some screws still in the item from previously being opened and the chair base all scratched. This item was sold as new and clearly it isn’t old mouldy returned item is what we received disgusted

Title: Comfortable and sturdy
Review: Fast delivery!The chair is very comfortable, all functions work properly and it seems to be sturdy.It has a Bonus function that is not in the description – a Back Massager but in the form of vibration, similar to a massage gun. The USB cable that you can see in the photo is for the massage function.The material doesn’t look like it’s going to last though. Similar to most faux leather chairs and sofas, this will start to peal off sooner rather than later.I used a leather cream on it in the hope to protect the material and prolong its life.We only assembled it yesterday so it’s going to take some time before we know of the quality.It was a Christmas gift for my son who works from home so he really likes it. Overall we are happy with it and have the understanding that the leather will not last long but that goes for all faux chairs that are for sale nowadays.
