Title: Strong hold that WILL last all day
Review: I was never sure of gels before as some flake off etc. Always was a big fan of clay or paste but for the price I thought I’d give it a go. It smells ok to me I don’t mind it like a clean smell I’d say. Once it drys that’s it all day no problems, literally all day. My style is slick back and this stuff is amazing for the price too. So I shower after work and it come straight out no problem, style and that’s me ready for the evening, next morning it’s simple add more and out the door, doesn’t leave hair a mess overnight or parts stuck together like others do. Don’t normally do reviews but felt I had to give this product a shout.

Review: I bought this one to try as my usual brand was not available. It has a nice smell but don’t hold hard. It might be good for soft hair but for me it’s not the best. I may need strong hold one.

Review: The gel itself is quite ‘watery,’ so it is consumed more than it should be. The perfume (if it was added) creates a horrible smell trying to mask the smell of chemicals.Once dry, the hold is quite satisfactory, so full marks there.I bought SetWet Ultimate hold for comparison (as it has been 6-7 years since I used hair gel) and it was thicker hence consumed less and has much nicer fragrance. Hold was exactly the same on around 20+ alternate uses on different days.SetWet Ultimate Hold cost me 130 bucks compared to 109 I paid for Enliven… so I guess this will be my last purchase for Enliven hair gel, also not to ignore the fact that this was the lowest price for Enliven when I searched, so it might cost more next time… another reason for me to stay put with SetWet.Please note that this is a very raw comparison based on density of content (hence amount required per each use), smell and strength of hold only.
