Title: Hard to connect and disconnect
Review: I brought 2 of these – first one was a present for my mums birthday who is recovering from a broken forearm. The first one arrived very stiff and hard to operate as you need to apply alot of force/pressure to detach the parts or to reconnect then. The second one clicks into place with much less force. The first one is certainly faulty as this makes using the product very difficult and if you already have medical issues effecting the use of your hands then you cannot use it properly. I have informed this to the seller and wanted a faulty exchange 2 weeks ago but they wanted to see a video first. Not sure why they can’t take it back and test it out themselve! Hopefully they can see sense now and exchange the faulty item without more hoops to jump through!

Title: The orange light of doom
Review: When I first started using this I really liked it as it’s light and easy to use. I didn’t like the fact that the 3 lines that show you the battery level go from 3 bars to 2 then immediately dead but overall it was a good little hoover. Not the most powerful but good enough suction to zoom around and pick up pet hair etc and felt sturdy.Unfortunately this was very short lived as after a few uses it brought up an orange light . I did not know what this meant , so I contacted the seller who said it means the cleaner is blocked, unfortunately this is a flaw in the cleaner and as you will see in the video there’s no blockage. I made a point of cleaning out the bin and filter after every use. Unfortunately this was the death of the cleaner as it just refused to come on. On reading reviews others have experienced this orange light of doom and once it comes on it stays on and stops the unit from working. In the end I had to get it refunded and I have bought a different brand which was slightly more expensive but had a voucher on to bring the price down to the same as this . I’m hoping that that will be better. Amazon customer service was amazing as usual and it was no hassle getting a refund but still the ideal is not to need them . There needs to be better quality control on this item as it seems to be a bit of pot luck as to if you get one with this fault.

Title: Light and agile vacuum clearner
Review: I am very pleased with the Enigma lightweight and agile vacuum cleaner. Its change the way of hoovering for me. In comparison with my old, heavy and awkward upright carpet cleaner I simply enjoy doing my domestic routine at the moment .I can reach deep under beds and sofas now, carpeted steps are not a problem any more. To do your carpets you have to use max power for the better result though. On the wooden floor I put Enigma on min power. It takes about 30 min to clean my small 2 bed on one battery charge. Bright lights on the brush are very helpful. Its take no effort to empty the bin -just wrap a small plastic bag around it .

Review: Good for price, great to whizz around house, but be quick, the charge doesnt last long. Its no dyson but im happy considering what I paid for it. Only used a couple of times but love how easy it is to handle. Hope it lasts.

Review: the battery to reach full potential needs to be completly flattened and recharged several times,very handy when you don’t want to drag the corded big job. The Egima is advertised as a Hoover product strangley the word Hoover dosen’t appear anywhere on the vacume cleaner on in the instruction manual. performance is very good and emptying is very easy but fills up quickly and needs emptying regularly slightly heavy to use for my wife but ok …..does a very good cleaning Job …..Happy Customer !!

Review: I have just tried out the Enigma stick vacuum and I am impressed. The suction is really good for vacuuming the car, the reason I bought it in the first place, and also on hard floors. I have noticed that it does not move smoothly on carpet. If you put the power onto medium speed, it works more smoothly but has less suction. Comparing this vacuum to others in the same price range, this one shines.
