Title: Keep track of my weight and other important measures became easier than ever before
Review: I like this scale because it connects to the app (Fitdays) seamlessly.Once you connect the app and the Scale once, all you have to do is to keep the app open on the phone and keep the phone closeby and simply jump on the Scale and it records everything on the app like a charm.Surprisingly, your app will record not only the Weight but a lots of other important variables, such as your BMI, Body Fat, Body water, Bone Mass and many many other variables. I dont know how they measure these, but it appears every time you measure your weight.I hope the 4 plates on the scale has something to do, and I guess these nicle plates are sensors to measures other variables that I see on the app.This scale has made it extremely easy for me to keep an eye on my weight, I just jump in every day.One word of causion, this had weight sensors on its four legs. So, if you place this on a carpet, your measurements will not be accurate. Always keep the scale on a hard and levelled surface to get an accurate measure.Looks wise, this is really nice posh looking scale which I prefer to keep in my visitor bathroom.

Review: Very pleased with these scales, connected to phone easily and seem accurate.I’ve looked at various scales with the “fat sensors” and on recommendation from a friend went for a set that had the additional sensor bar to help with reading accuracy.The scales were easy to connect to my phone. Installed the app, opened the app, turned the scales on and they connected straight up. Used about a dozen times now and been the same experience each time.Really like the array of readings you’re provided with, not sure I need them all, but good to have them there I guess. The report that can be produced post a weigh in is great and should you have a trainer etc it’s perfect to send to them to help with your programme.I’d happily recommend these to anyone who wants to take their weight maintenance to the next level.

Title: Rubbish precision, fun toy
Review: I already own a very precise, Omron (I think) BF511 Karada scan. The Omron is the best, most precise scale I ever had and has several interesting measurements. However, it only compares with the last measurement, and I wanted a scale that measures the trend – and saves it on my app – during weeks and months of use. Hence, I bought the scale I am reviewing now.Easy to set up, delivered with batteries already installed and ready to use when you have removed the plastic lip. Syncing with the app is extremely easy (iPhone), and during the measurement the app reacts with a relaxing “elevator music” meant to make you feel good with your health journey (and the £88 you have spent for this toy).The design itself is not really good. The Omron has a place where to “fix” the handle when not in use, this one doesn’t and the handle hangs around the scale in a very disordered manner. The screen is good quality, but little, and aged people might have trouble reading the measurements. The Omron has a second screen on the handle that makes reading the measurements a breeze, this one doesn’t. One can clearly see which products is the one that got some thoughts about real life use.But this is not the worst. The worst is the shocking lack of precision. The Omron has me at 19.2% fat, this one happily slaps a 26.4%, thank you very much. Much worse is it with the muscles, with the Omron at 34% and this one at a quite glorious 50% muscles. If I had known!! Ah, I forgot the weight, with this scale adding 1.6 kilo just like that, with discrepancies of 0.2 kilo between measurements, something the Omron never does.Repeated measurements – with the outmost cares I am doing it right – have given the same disappointing results.Conclusion: rubbish for the price and barely worth the name of “scale”.I will not send it back because, having bought it to have a way to record the weight and measurement trends, I can still follow them comparing apples to apples. But really, I will be comparing rubbish with rubbish so I am not sure about that, either.

Review: I have not compared this to anything pro, but I do get reasonably consistent results each time I use it. It does not take into consideration the weight of the handle, but it is not much so guess it does not matter that much.For some reason you need to have an account to use this properly. I see no reason for this – it does not make sense to me. No ida where my data is been stored or why they need to have it. Other than that I like it.There is also a guest option though, but not sure how well that integrates, if at all, to the apple health app.

Review: Taux de matière grasse qui me semble très peu fiable, indiquant un taux de 28% a une perso”e très sportive et dont la masse musculaire est importante, sans moindre “ventre” apparent et Abdos visible et secs 🤔 De plus comparaison avec une machine pro et données totalement différentes.Sinon assez facile d’utilisation et valeurs qui sont cohérentes d’une fois à l’autre (d’un point de vue progression, malgré certaines valeurs qui semblent faussées.Pourrait éventuellement être utilisée pour des personnes voulant juste voir si leurs données diminuent ou augmentent, mais ne pas trop se fier aux chiffres en eux mêmes.
