Review: I want to say I can see a difference. I’m not sure if I’m applying it right, but I’ll apply it before I add concealer. Then I’ll add setting powder so my mascara doesn’t give me racoon eyes. My secret for anyone who likes beauty hacks, after applying your normal face regime, I’ll apply either the drunk elephant lip balm or aquaphor chapstick under my eyes and around my eyes. This hydrates the skin and makes the application look dewy and not dry.
