Review: It’s quite potent and makes lips timgle upon application. There is a slight raising of the lips which makes them look fuller. My lips are in good condition and not cracked but dry at times. Not sure if this product should be used on cracked / open lips as the tingle is quite potent otherwise it’s a good purchase. Enjoy!
