Review: *update * had it running in turbo mode! When it’s set to the other modes it’s extremely quiet, also the app gives me the ability to see filter life percentage, and change a few settings while also controlling remotely!So we moved into an old house, it was pretty musky and I’m sure once we tear down some walls we’ll find something nasty. But after running a full day the musky smell is completely gone! It really filters out the air and makes it fresh. It does run a little loud but honestly it doesn’t bother me. I enjoy the white noise. I also vape inside the house, and what ever side of the room I’m at I can see the quality change as it pulls the vapors right to it. Honestly I’ll probably buy one for every room to save my windows and electronics from vape build up.I’ll definitely buy my second one once we’re ready to start demo on the walls.Short and sweet:Works well, fresh air in one day!Funk smells are gone!Works phenomenal in the Sq footage advertisedPulls all of the air even from far away.Accurate air quality detectionMild white noise

Review: I purchased this unit a few months ago and was pleased with the performance. As noted in some of the reviews listed, our unit also displayed the “EU” error message. We reached out to DREO and had the opportunity to work with Mia, from customer care and she was very helpful in explaining that issue was a software bug in the sensor of the unit. Instructions were provided to perform the online software firmware upgrade, but unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue. Mia was very timely in her communication with us and was committed to helping to resolve the issue. DERO shipped a new unit to us, and we are enjoying the air quality in our family room! I highly recommend this product and plan to purchase additional units simply because if there was an issue, I am confident that DREO will do their best to resolve it!I’m impressed with the unit’s performance, but I would be remised if I did not comment on the excellent customer care that DREO provides to the consumer. KUDOS to Mia (ROCKSTAR!) for her attention to our issue. THUMBS UP!

Review: (Edit) Dreo contacted me after posting my original review and apologized for me not receiving the original replacement. They then sent me a replacement that showed up today. I set it up and it is working properly. I give them kudos for following up and making things right. I will update this once I have more experience with the air purifier.Original Review – I bought this in February, it showed up and did not work. I contacted Dreo for a replacement which they said would be sent. I have not received it or any communication from them regarding it so it, and the replacement filter I bought with it, are now a waste of money.
