Title: simple to set up, easy to use – no limescale feature if you’re in a hardwater area
Review: Really simple to set up in the app and automatically connected to both my google and alexa accounts, very minimal set up required as the instructions make it simple.The design is very sleek, the inside of the kettle is stainless steel. I live in a (very) hardwater area and there isn’t a limescale filter in the spout which is slightly annoying, I try to stay on top of the descaling but sometimes it builds up really quickly so this will take more cleaning than I usually do.The kettle displays the temperature of the water on the outside, it also has a keep warm function so no need to re-boil if you live on tea like I do!It does need to be boiled quite a lot when you first use it, it took me 6 boils to significantly reduce the film that formed on the top of the water.In terms of value, its not a lot more expensive than the average kettle but you get the smart features, it is also 2200w in power compared to my other kettle which is 3000w so there is some energy efficiency there. Although it is constantly connected to wifi and it appears that the temperature display is always on so may not reduce the amount of energy saved. Speaking of wifi, you can also switch it on manually if wifi connection is lost.

Title: Fantastic!
Review: This kettle is an amazing addition to any smart home – or even stand alone device.It uses SmartHome app which is great because everything from my blinds to TV plug use that so integration is very straightforward.The customisation is amazing. You can decide how hot you want it. Not all hot water has to be boiling hot. Also, there are presets which is handy. The schedule is where this thing really slots into my house. It will boil on voice command or schedule or any other trigger you might have Alexa set up to recognise – when the front door opens for example.The build quality is extremely pleasing and seems very robust. You can use all boiling functions and customisation by pressing touch keys on the kettle, using your voice or the app. Brilliant.I can’t wait to trigger my morning routine with Alexa knowing the kettle is being warmed (can be kept hot for upto 12hrs) to the exact temp I like my strong black coffee in the morning — no more adding cold water to drink immediately

Title: Good Quality, ‘Smart’ Design
Review: I only really use the kettle for making cups of tea, so this 1.5L size is ideal for me.It looks smart and sleek, and doesn’t take up much room on my counter either.It was really easy to start using it, the touch controls on the front are nice and clear – Power/Temperature Setting/Indicator/Temperature Display.You can just plug it in and use it like a regular kettle, it works absolutely fine that way, or you can download the App that goes with it, and use it as a ‘Smart’ kettle.This allows you to operate the kettle from another room etc, great for if you need to warm a baby’s bottle quickly, or if you want hot water ready by the time you get downstairs in the morning.You can also set up a timer, so if you want hot water for tea or coffee before work at 5:30am on Monday-Friday, you can schedule that.There’s also a ‘Keep Warm’ setting, so the water can be kept at your chosen temperature, great for if you’re expecting multiple visitors, or if you have more than one drink in a morning etc.The reason for my 4/5 stars, is because of a couple of things.Firstly, there are no paper instructions included in the box, you have to scan the QR code to see them, which some people might not like. Also, I just couldn’t get it to connect to my Alexa! I tried multiple times, but it wouldn’t link up, which was disappointing.However, I’m still very happy with it overall, it’s a handy gadget to have!

Review: This kettle not only looks good in the kitchen but it also works extremely well.It’s slick black look with a pop-up li would Blend well into Most kitchens.It has a touchscreen control where you can set the temperature, adjust it And pick which boil setting you want depending on the drink you’re having. You could also use a keep warm facility.You can link this kettle to your phone so you can be up in bed and get the kettle boiling by the time you get downstairs.You can also choose from a preset depending on the drink you want, Different types of tea, Honey, Coffees etcIt really is a good kettle and I’m very impressed with it, My daughter thinks it’s great, although I don’t see why you would need to be somewhere else and boil the kettle?It’s really good quality and very well-made, The link to your phone is a bit of novelty but I guess some people will really appreciate that facility And use it to its full advantage.At Â£54.99 it’s not the cheapest kettle around but it’s certainly not the most expensive. I think it’s price correctly for what it offers And definitely has enough features to back up that price.

Title: Amazing kettle
Review: I was really excited to give this kettle a try, I have replaced my old what now seems boring kettle with this new smart one.This really has some great features built into it from being able to start the kettle boiling all from the app on my phone to even setting a schedule for it to be ready for when I wake up in the morning etc.There is a number of pre-set options from Coffee, black tea, honey and more.You can connect this to your Alexa, google assistant and other smart home devices which then gives you the voice control option, I have not tested this part myself so I am unable to comment regards to how well this side works.I had no issues connecting this up to my WIFI and via the app, Instructions are only provided via scanning the QR code which might not be useful for some people.I feel slightly lost without any water measure on the side to know how much water I am filling it up with, this is my main reason for removing 1*.Build quality is great and feels very durable.Overall its a fantastic addition to my kitchen and I am happy with it.
